Research On Protection And Renewal Of Traditional Style District Based On Value Evaluation

"Traditional style district" is an important part of the protection of historical sites in the historical protection system."Traditional style district" has become a concept of local regulation in Shanghai,Nanjing,Chongqing,Wuhan and so on,as an important object of historical and cultural heritage to be protected in city,traditional style district act as a "quasi historic conservation area".With the consciousness awakening of culture and local culture under the background of globalization,more and more city started to focus on mining and shaping city history,while traditional style distrcit as an important carrier of city history,attracted wide attention of local governments and city builders.However,historic conservation area as an area with most prominent historical and cultural value,related research and practice of value cognition,as well as protect and renewal method has been relatively and increasingly mature,value of traditional style district has not been fully understanded and pertinence of renewal method is not suffient,which lead to irrational protection and excessive updating of traditional style district,so it is necessary to reach a comprehensive cognition of value connotation and value itself of traditional style district,and to explore the protection and renewal strategy on this basis.Firstly,based on the analysis of the concept of "traditional style district",and summarize three characteristics of the traditional style district as diversity of spatial morphology,difference of value carrier and diversity of major value,made clear the function of the traditional style district in the city of historical and cultural heritage and space style,then summarized three current situation of the traditional style district updating problems as blurry recognition of value carrier,excessive and insufficient updating and limitations of protection methods;then summarizes theory and practice of protection and renewal of domestic and foreign related areas,and with the combination of traditional style district protection and renewal status summary,put forward the updating method of traditional style district protection based on value evaluation;on fourth chapter,puts forward the overall value and value carrier evaluation system;on fifth chapter,combined with practice case of traditional style district,explored the general method of traditional style district protection and renewal;in the sixth chapter,combined with project that I participated in,expounded the application of the value evaluation system of the traditional style district and the concrete practice of the strategy of protection and renewal.
