Study On Protection Of Hailing Historic District

How to effectively deal with the existing problems in the protection is the key to the sustainable development of historical blocks.Based on the theory of organic renewal,integrated protection and new public service,this paper studies the protection of historical blocks in Hailing city by using the methods of field visit,investigation and questionnaire distribution,combining with the experience and lessons of the protection of historical blocks at home and abroad.It is found that although the protection of the blocks has achieved initial results,the awareness of historical and cultural protection is weak,and the government management laws are weak The lack of laws and regulations,the insufficient bearing capacity of urbanization development,the lagging of historical and cultural resources mining,and the inadequate market-oriented operation mechanism lead to the problems of the overall style showing signs of decline,the serious damage outside the core area,the ineffective protection of intangible cultural heritage,the lagging of historical and cultural resources mining,etc.,and then put forward from the establishment of professional protection management and operation institutions,the formulation of security policies and Measures,the use of new technology,the development of special protection programs and other optimization ideas,in order to improve the protection performance,contribute to the inheritance of excellent historical and traditional culture.
