Research On The Old A Daptability Of Existing Residential Buildings In Cold Area Based On Indoor Comfort

Since the beginning of the 21st century,the process of population aging in China has been accelerating,and the proportion of the elderly population is increasing year by year.The pension problem has become a hot issue of social concern.Nowadays,the research on the living environment and the way of providing for the aged is also in-depth.To create a suitable environment for the aged is an important measure to adapt to the aging problem of China's population.In China,the research on the suitable aging reconstruction started late,especially for the old residential buildings in cold areas.There are a large number of residential buildings built in the 80-90 years of the last century in cold areas.Because of the low outdoor temperature,the poor thermal insulation performance of the building,the old structure of the house,the lack of suitable aging barrier free facilities and other reasons,the comfort of the indoor environment is not good Good,in addition to the decline of the physiological function of the elderly,living in the existing indoor environment has a great impact on the quality of life of the elderly,but also has a great security risk.In this context,the paper takes the comfort degree of the existing residential indoor environment as the research object,and summarizes the problem of the suitable aging of the existing residential buildings in the cold area mainly in the lack of barrier free facilities in the public space,the unreasonable distribution of the indoor functional areas,the confusion of the streamline,and the low indoor temperature in winter.Through consulting the relevant books and regulations of the elderly housing,investigating the elderly's transformation intention and relevant cases at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the transformation strategies and implementation methods for the aging of the existing residential areas in the cold area,such as installing elevators,increasing barrier free ramps,improving the sound insulation and lighting environment,integrating the indoor space and the aging home layout.Aiming at the problem of low indoor temperature in cold area,through establishing a thermal comfort model suitable for the assessment of thermal environment of the elderly,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of the outer envelope,and uses software to simulate the effect of different types of outer envelope on the improvement of thermal comfort of the elderly living environment,so as to provide some reference for the same type of transformation research.
