In the consumption of building energy consumption,the consumption of existing public buildings accounts for 38% of the total energy consumption.In recent years,the proportion of energy consumption in office buildings has also increased year by year.In 2014,the Technical Regulations for Energy Conservation Renovation of Existing Public Buildings DG/TJ08-2137-2014 was issued to promote the further development of energy conservation in existing public buildings,and local technical regulations were also introduced one after another to promote energy conservation in existing buildings.Appropriate energy-saving methods were also adopted to promote the implementation of national energy-saving work according to local conditions.Natural ventilation and building heat storage are two important technical means to improve the indoor thermal environment.Therefore,this paper aims at the problem of high energy consumption of office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.It studies the energy saving effect of natural ventilation and building heat storage on the overall building,explores more appropriate energy-saving transformation measures,and will use new types of materials in insulation to analyze building energy saving potential.This paper firstly expounds and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad on natural ventilation,building heat storage and energy consumption analysis of existing buildings,verifies the necessity and correctness of energy saving in existing buildings with successful cases of current research on energy consumption at home and abroad,and analyzes the application of heat storage materials in construction.On the basis of that,the research ideas and research contents of this paper are proposed.Secondly,this paper establishes a numerical model for unsteady heat transfer of multi-layer walls,uses ANSYS to select different wall materials by controlling variable method,and simulates the temperature field changes of ordinary materials and phase change materials under the same heat flux intensity and time conditions.A comparative analysis shows that the temperature fluctuation inside the wall that has been added the phase change materials is gentle,and the temperature difference is about 3 ℃.In order to strengthen the verification of the feasibility of phase change materials,natural ventilation and building heat storage are coupled,the room model is simplified,and the temperature cloud and temperature change curves of the monitoring points of common materials and phase change materials in the coupling process are compared and analyzed,and the phase change is obtained The material has better performance for heat storage.Then,for the goal of building a low-carbon environmental city in Huangshan City,combining the existing data and relevant literature,from the two aspects of natural conditions and governmental policy guidance,an energy-saving feasibility analysis of existing buildings in Huangshan City has been made.It also reflect the awareness of protecting ecology,saving energy,reducing consumption and recycling economy in Huangshan City,and provide a reference pilot for other cities in Anhui Province to develop environmental friendly cities.Finally,based on the aforementioned analysis and research on phase change materials,and through the DeST energy consumption simulation software analysis and the use of new insulation materials(phase change materials)in the energy-saving renovation work of existing buildings,this paper can comparatively analyze hourly air-conditioning load and annual energy consumption of air-conditioning of the same buildings before and after the renovation or with and without ventilation.It shows that the building energy consumption is reduced by 36,800 kWh after adding phase change materials,and the energy consumption is reduced by 15.10%;after setting and ventilation period,the article study the impact of energy consumption by the technology of night ventilation and heat storage coupling,simulation shows that after the transformation,the total energy consumption.The simulation shows that the energy consumption in the whole year is reduced by 73,300 kWh,which means a decrease of 3.53%.The research results of this paper can provide technical support and reference for the energy-saving renovation of existing office buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions,proving that the use of new materials in hot summer and cold winter regions is forward-looking and has certain promotion value.
