With the rapid development of construction industry,the impact of its energy consumption and environmental pollution has gradually been taken seriously by the society.Among them,although the building construction is the shortest period in the entire construction cycle,its impact on the ecological environment is the most direct,serious and intuitive,which seriously affects the living environment and life experience or residents.The concept of Green Construction emerges as the times require.The green construction aims at saving resources and reducing environment pollution through management means and construction measures such as "Four sections(saving energy,land,water,and materials in construction)and One environmental protection".Advocating green construction is already the common goal and direction of the construction industry and the entire society.The establishment of the green construction comprehensive evaluation model can effectively judge the comprehensive effect of the green construction,which is significant in promoting green construction and improving the ecological environment.In order to promote green construction,the construction industry authorities and relevant associations have issued a number of guidelines and evaluation criteria,such as the?Evaluation standard for green construction of building?(GB/T50640-2010),and?Code for Green Construction of Building?(GB/T50905-2014)by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.Based on the "Green Construction Science and Technology Demonstration Project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" and the "National Green Construction Demonstration Project for the Construction Industry",the corresponding technical analysis indicators and evaluation system have been formed:Technical Analysis Indicators of Science and Technology Demonstration Project based on Green Construction Concept by the Ministry of Housing and Construction(on trial)and Main Indicators for Acceptance Evaluation of Demonstration Project based on Green Construction in the National Construction Industry.These existing green construction technical indicators and evaluation systems focus on the statistics of specific resource consumption and the implementation of environmental protection measures.This type of evaluation system can respond well to what a green construction project has done,however,it provides no evaluation of the overall effect of green construction,so there is lack of comprehensive comparison between different projects.This paper analyzes the existing green construction evaluation system,adopts"AHP"(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to combine qualitative and quantitative weights for each evaluation criteria to form a green construction comprehensive evaluation model,and evaluates and tests it through a project example.
