Consumption,pollution and the costs of the construction industry are a stumbling block on the path of sustainable development.Promoting green buildings and implementing green construction are ways to change this situation.Therefore,the whole process of a construction project is strictly managed,and the strategic concept is being implemented.The construction phase is crucial for the realization of the concept of sustainable development of the construction industry.The core of the concept of green construction is to achieve efficient utilization of construction resources and achieve a harmonious coexistence with the environment through a low energy process of building.The system for assessment of scientific and operational capability can promote the development of the green construction,and the process of green construction will continue to move towards norms and standards.The research focus of this paper is to implement the national specific regulations in accordance with the specific projects,to guide the specific construction,and to analyze the domestic and international green construction evaluation system,learn from the experience of advanced green building evaluation index system at home and abroad,and scientifically absorb the advantages of various systems to establish A relatively complete and practical green construction evaluation system.The research and analysis compared three typical green construction evaluation systems(BREEAM in the United Kingdom,LEED in the United States,and CASBEE in Japan),and raised the problems and solutions in green construction in China.Focus on three aspects of green construction: energy and resource conservation,environmental pollution control during construction,comprehensive construction management,and in-depth research and analysis of each indicator item,and build a basic framework for the green construction evaluation system.The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the single weight and total weight of each factor item,and then the weighted average method is used to establish the model and evaluation criteria of the green construction evaluation system.Secondly,the paper conducts case analysis and selects typical practical engineering cases for research.The project applies green construction measures in safety protection,civilized construction and environmental protection.At the same time,green construction technology is applied on site,mainly for intelligent climbing frame,aluminum mold,Prefabricated components and environmentally friendly PVC wallpapers have greatly promoted the development of green construction through these green construction measures and the application of green construction and technology.Through calculation and analysis,the green construction measures and green construction technology involve the cost increase of about 101.9 yuan/m2,but through the green construction evaluation system,it is evaluated that the project has achieved green construction and verified the green construction.Evaluate the operability and rationality of the system model.It is further indicated that the green construction evaluation system constructed by the paper can not only effectively reflect the characteristics of green construction,but also better meet the multi-factor and multi-level requirements of comprehensive evaluation of green construction,which has certain scientific and practical significance. |
