The rapid development of urbanization in China has driven more real estate development.More and more settlement forms from multi-story and low-rise settlements to high-rise settlements in order to accommodate more residents.Compared with multi-story communities,the volume and spacing of residential buildings in high-rise settlements are larger,and their outdoor microclimate environment is more influenced by high-rise residential buildings.When planning and designing high-rise residential areas,the current real estate developers seldom consider the influence of high-rise residential buildings on sunlight,ventilation and other climate elements,and fail to start from the microclimate comfort of residents in outdoor activities and the interaction between landscape space and natural elements(wind,light,water and air).As a typical Jiangnan city,Huzhou has a subtropical monsoon climate with wet and cold winters and hot and dry summers,so it is important to optimize the design of landscape space of high-rise residential areas from the perspective of microclimate to improve the living environment and enhance the outdoor environmental comfort of residential areas.Therefore,this study firstly conducts a literature review and case analysis on the research related to the landscape space and microclimate of high-rise residential areas at home and abroad,sorts out the components of microclimate and the connotation of microclimate environment,high-rise residential areas and landscape design,and explores the connection between microclimate elements and landscape space of high-rise residential areas.Secondly,this study summarizes the existing high-rise settlements in the main city of Huzhou,and chooses Zan Cheng Xue Shi Residential District as the object of practical design in this paper,summarizes the current advantages and shortcomings of the landscape space of the district through field research,and uses two kinds of software,Tian Zheng and Grosshopper ladybug,to simulate the light and ventilation of microclimate elements that affect human outdoor comfort.The simulations of light and ventilation in different areas of the residential area were carried out,and different evaluations of light and ventilation in different areas of the residential area were obtained.Finally,according to the simulation results,the optimized design strategy of Zan Cheng Xue Shi Residential District is proposed in terms of functional zoning,flow planning,plant configuration,landscape accessories,etc.,so that the optimized landscape space can be adapted to the microclimate environment of the residential area and give residents a comfortable and comforting outdoor activity experience.
