Research On Joint Testing And Commissioning Of High-speed Railway Signaling System

High-speed railway signaling system is an important part of high-speed railway,the joint testing and commissioning of high-speed railway signaling system is one of the most important links before the use of signal equipment.China State Railway Group has formulated relevant specifications for the joint testing and commissioning work.Although each major carries out joint testing and commissioning according to the pre-test outline,due to the complex scene and many influencing factors,even if the test scenes in the joint testing and commissioning can pass,there are still some problems that insufficient testing in special scenes and some scenes can not be tested in the field.Also unknown hidden dangers can be existed in equipment on site.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis studies the joint testing and commissioning of high-speed railway signalingsystem,the main research contents are as follows:Analyzing and studying the key links of the high-speed railwaysignaling system joint testing and commissioning fromscheme formulation,test items,test methods,test steps and test flow.Combining with the project situation and characteristics of Baoji-LanzhouHigh-speed railway,this thesis summarizes the test contents and test methods of Baoji-Lanzhou railway joint testing and commissioning.Scene test in joint testing and commissioning is very important.This thesis analyzes and summarizes the typical test scenes in the joint testing and commissioning.Aiming at the problem that some test scenes are not convenient to be executed in the field,methods such as field failure simulation,adjustment or replacement of equipment are proposed to achieve the purpose of the test,the methods of the field test are further improved to ensure a more thorough field test.Summarizing and analyzingthe high-speed railwaysignaling system equipment problems found in the joint testing and commissioning,proposing to improve and optimize the engineering design plan,improve the accuracy of train control data,improve the quality of signal equipment construction,improve the quality of signal equipment data configuration,and optimize signal equipment software functions and other methods can solve the problems of high-speed railway signal equipment,which found in the joint testing and commissioning.Hoping that the operational status of the high-speed railway signal equipment will be further improved through the joint testing and commissioning,so as to provide guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of high-speed railway.
