| Chinese high-speed railway lines have been gradually netting.According to the "medium and long term railway planning",the total mileage will reach 38 thousand km by 2025.At present,research of the high-speed railway station and block section carrying capacity is becoming more and more mature.The research on the ability of high-speed railway network is not enough,and the research and calculation of the capacity of high-speed railway network will better identify bottlenecks and other issues in network capacity,which will put forward policy recommendations for transportation planning departments in determining road network planning and reconstruction.First of all,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of high-speed railway network capacity,this paper defined the high-speed railway pedigree network capabilities,including the theoretical maximum capacity of the high-speed railway network theory,the operational transport capacity,effective transport capacity,and potential transport capacity.Secondly,combined with the status quo of research on carrying capacity of stations and sections,this paper gave the calculation theory of the network different dimension system capability,including the carrying capacity of the node,the theoretical capacity of the section,and the operational capacity of the section in the high speed railway network.Then this paper constructed the K short path planning model for the path further planning to calculate the section effective capacity,and established a genetic algorithm for solving the model.Finally,the calculation method of the high-speed railway pedigree network capabilities is given.This paper took the high-speed railway network as the research object,which has been operated in our country at the end of 2017,and firstly constructed the high-speed railway network topology,including 34 nodes and 54 sections,then completed the calculation of Chinese high-speed railway pedigree network capabilities on the basis of the calculation of its different dimension system capacity and the section effective capacity calculation based on K short circuit traffic assignment model.The theoretical maximum capacity of Chinese high-speed rail network is 5662858 train kilometers,the operational transport capacity 2676878 train kilometers,the effective transport capacity 4013976 train kilometers,and the potential transport capacity is 1337097 train kilometers.Analysis showed that the effective transport capacity of high-speed railway network in our country is 70.88% of the theoretical maximum capacity,the operational transport capacity is 66.69% of the effective transportation capacity.At last the concrete measures of strengthening the high-speed railway network capacity were given from two aspects of optimizing the mode of transportation organization and the configuration of facilities and equipment,including train combination operation with smaller organization velocity difference,adjusting the mixing ratio of trains at different speeds,reducing the number of non-waiting stops for Class B train,drawing Class B trains in groups,shortening the train interval,refining the operation diagram,optimization of station lines,setting appropriate distance between stations,improving the construction of line and so on. |
