Research On The Renewal Strategy Of The Outside Environment Of The Old Residential Area Under The Guidance Of Healthy City

At present,building a healthy city has become an important development goal of various cities in my country.This paper proposes the concept of renewal of old settlements oriented towards a healthy city,and selects eight typical settlements such as the family area,Taiping community,and Jianshe new village of Nanhua University South Campus in Hengyang City as research objects.The impact of crowd health and comfort.Finally,put forward targeted strategies from three aspects of environment,facilities and humanities.With a view to objectively assessing the status quo of the environment outside the old settlements,and providing reference and inspiration for the construction of healthy settlements in my country.The whole study is divided into the following parts:First of all,relevant elaboration and research definition are made for the concepts of healthy city,and the main research objects and scope are determined.Based on the scientific theory of human settlement environment,organic renewal theory,and demand hierarchy theory,the objectives,main contents of healthy city planning and design and the planning contents of healthy settlements are introduced.The second is the investigation and judgment of the external environment and the characteristics of residents in the old settlements of Hengyang City.Combined with the composition of the crowd,behavior analysis and demand analysis,taking the external environment of 8 old settlements as specific examples,a comprehensive analysis of its basic profile,typical layout of buildings,safety performance,convenience,ecology and human environment is carried out to summarize the old residences in Hengyang City The area’s deficiencies in the design of the external environment.Once again,it is a simulation of the external environment performance of Hengyang City.Relying on the climate characteristics of Hengyang City,combined with the survey status and basic simulation situation,a set of digital evaluation model is formed,and the model isused for comparative analysis.The results show that the external environmental conditions of the eight settlements are ranked from good to poor in the following order: family area of ??Nanhua University South Campus,New Business Village,West Lake Second Village,South District of West Lake First Village,Yueping Community,Xingyanlou Community,Jianshe Village,Taiping Community.Finally,it proposes a strategy to renew the environment outside the old settlements in Hengyang.Based on the principles of ecology,safety,convenience and comfort,targeted strategies are proposed from three perspectives of environment,facilities and humanities.
