Study On Adaptive Aging External Environment Of The Old Industrial District’s Residential Area In Xi’an City

Nowadays,with the rapid development of urbanization and the aging of population,the government and society will face multiple challenges. Psychological, physiological and social attributes of the elderly population changes,so that the elderly population living in the area of the demand for space has changed,and the elderly living environment of the elderly population in the elderly population. Therefore,the elderly population living space environment is a problem to be solved in the process of urban planning and construction in the future. Facing the 21 st century China’s aging population will reach about 400 million people development trend,how to transform the existing old residential district,construction to meet.Around the old industrial area living outside the district environment old problem research,through the elderly living leisure activities and demand analysis,combined with the old industrial district housing area survey visits, summed up the old industrial district residential area suitable for the old environment planning strategy. The thesis can be divided into five chapters.first chapter,from the current situation of the aging population, the background of the paper,the purpose and significance of the study,the study of the living environment of the old environment issues such as the study of literature,etc.The second chapter,mainly history and development rules of the old industrial district of Xi’an was described,the old industrial district of Xi’an city’s living district development and the present situation to carry on the elaboration,of old industrial district, Xi’an city living area within the pension problem of the preliminary inquiry.Chapter three, analysis of the elderly physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics,due to the old industrial district of the elderly from retired factory and social attributes change,economic status and living habits produced many changes.
