"The Belt and Road Initiative"strategy to promote the opening of Dalian and enhance its competitive advantage.Dalian is an important open port city in the northeast of China.The advantages of marine resources,regional geography and city function make it the most important exit channel in Northeast China.At the same time,the major economic development plan issued by the country in recent years as well as the new external opening and releasing strategy of Dalian also promote the port logistics of Dalian.The development will help.The agglomeration of port industry can enhance the regional economic strength as a whole,and is of great significance for promoting the economic development of Dalian.Based on this historical opportunity,Dalian city should base on the new starting point,build a new platform,build a new mechanism,form a new pattern,and strive to promote the mutual promotion and co development relationship of port logistics and port industry in Dalian,and make it promote the development of Dalian regional economy.Therefore,this study has a certain extent.The practical significance and the guiding role of practice.The research object of this paper is the collaborative development relationship between port logistics and port industrial clusters in Dalian.First of all,this paper combs the theory of port logistics,port industrial cluster and Synergetics,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,the present situation of Dalian port logistics and port industrial cluster is qualitatively analyzed,and the synergistic development of the two parties to promote the regional economic development competitiveness of Dalian city is expounded.The positive influence of the two parties to the coordinated development of the constraints;again,the Dalian port logistics and port industrial cluster cooperative development relationship of quantitative evaluation,the scientific definition of Dalian port industrial cluster,construction evaluation of port logistics and port industrial cluster development level index system,the selection of grey correlation analysis The cooperative relationship between port logistics and port industrial cluster in Dalian is evaluated by using the cooperative measure model.Finally,based on the evaluation results and following the scientific and operational principles,the optimization suggestions for the coordinated development of port logistics and port industry cluster and the joint promotion of Dalian's economic development are put forward.
