In order to alleviate the increasingly serious problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution in China,especially for the traditional construction industry,the annual building energy consumption and environmental pollution account for a huge proportion.It has become an inevitable trend to implement a "sustainable development" construction measure.Therefore,green construction has developed rapidly in recent years.At the same time,in the face of the needs of the development of China's construction industry,to promote the development of integrated assembly building is the key to promote China's construction industry.And prefabricated construction is implied "sustainable development" mode of green construction,prefabricated construction technology has the characteristics of energy saving,environmental protection,high efficiency,but the current prefabricated construction also has the assembly rate is low,the construction technology also is not very mature,in order to quantify prefabricated building green construction,timely find prefabricated building green construction existence weak link,for in the current state,based on the real conditions of prefabricated building green construction evaluation research is of great significance.Based on the theories of green construction and prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the green construction of prefabricated buildings and finds out the problems.And then on the basis of building green construction assessment standards,the relevant literature and field survey data as the complement,from the selection of green construction management,green construction technology,conservation and utilization of resources,environmental impact four aspects construct prefabricated building green construction assessment index system,and then through the subjective values.the method,the method of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and objectively,the entropy weight method combined two methods,to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,due to the concept of prefabricated building green construction assessment level also have uncertainty,using cloud model to evaluate it,finally,in order to verify the applicability of cloud model,The results show that the green construction level of this prefabricated construction project is between average and good,and it needs to be further improved.At the same time,compared with the traditional green construction projects,differences are analyzed and summarized.This paper has a guiding effect on the evaluation of green construction of prefabricated buildings in prefabricated construction enterprises and can provide some references for the follow-up research.
