Compared with traditional architecture, prefabricated structure is of numerous advantages as improving project quality, shorten the period of construction, saving resources and energy, promoting environmental protection and so on, the standardized component of architectural design, industrial production of component, mechanization of assembly, scientific organization and management of construction has become an important approach of transforming our traditional mode of production and construction, promoting refinement and standardize of construction product, realizing the industrialization of construction. Therefore, in-depth understanding in green edge of prefabricated construction engendered in ecological environment, technology economy, mechanism of management and the comprehensive benefit, it is great significance to promote the development of prefabricated construction.First of all, considering the present development situation of assembled monolithic architecture and the research of green degree as the breakthrough point, this thesis expounds the content of constructing green degree evaluation index system of prefabricated construction, the green properties of prefabricated construction in the phase of production, installation, selecting abrasive and components and quality control was analysed, and four dimension factors which composing the green degree evaluation system was obtained. Secondly, the advantages showed in dimensions of prefabricated construction was analyzed, and then, index of environmental benefits of prefabricated construction in resource conservation, environmental protection, construction cost, production management, green economy, and social progress was obtained, expounds the intension of the degree of environmental balance, the degree of economcical green, the degree of the connotation of the mechanism operation and the degree of benefit coordination respectively, and then, on the basis of the preceding part of the paper, according to the principles, processes, and characteristics in prefabricated architecture construction of constructing the index evaluation system, the three dimensional model of green degree of prefabricated building based on "impact phase, influence factors, affect the dimension" was constructed, and green degree evaluation index system of prefabricated building was built.
