BackgroundLarge-scale medical imaging equipment is the main development direction of medical equipment in the future.With the intensification of population ageing in our country,the demand for imaging equipment in hospitals is increasing day by day,the use of imaging equipment,maintenance and R & D personnel demand has also continued to grow.But because large-scale imaging equipment is very expensive,the construction of equipment rooms not only needs a large amount of space,but also needs high-voltage power supply.The equipment is highly radioactive and prone to safety accidents,so far we have not been able to get students to do practical work on physical machines.Therefore,the students of image-related majors have to face the problem of separating theory from practice in employment.Medical Diagnostic X-ray machine occupies an important position in the medical equipment industry,and it is a common imaging diagnostic equipment in clinic.The investigation shows that in the universities of our country,there are few or no real x-ray equipment,and some of them are old and can not keep up with the rapid change of the equipment.Therefore,the x-ray equipment teaching mostly uses the traditional theory teaching,the student's study interest is not high,lacks the subjective initiative,the teaching effect is not satisfied.Therefore,the research on the simulation system design of medical diagnostic x-ray machine is of great practical significance.The purpose of this study.ObjectiveIn order to improve the teaching methods,arouse students' interest and improve the teaching quality,the simulation program of x-ray machine teaching system is developed and applied to the teaching of image equipment in colleges and universities.MethodX-ray machine use environment settings: on-the-spot Inspection Medical Diagnostic X-ray Machine Room Environment;X-ray Equipment Structure Analysis: The main mechanical mechanism of the x-ray machine for measurement photography;Record of x-ray equipment inspection process: Observing the diagnostic process of x-ray machine,reading relevant books and reference materials,modeling and mapping the x-ray machine room and mechanical structure with 3Dsmax software,in the use of Unity3 d based on the development of universal engine x-ray machine coach test simulation system and the development of computer-side program release.Results1.full simulation of x-ray machine room environment;2.model simulation of x-ray machine mechanism;3.development and design of x-ray machine coach test simulation system;4.Computer Program Release Of x-ray machine coach test simulation system.ConclusionThe release of the computer program of the medical diagnostic x-ray teaching and testing system simulates the mechanical structure and operating environment of the x-ray machine,and realizes the function of man-machine interaction,it provides technical support for the training and teaching of medical diagnostic x-ray machine skills in the future.
