The information is one of the 21st century's main age characteristics, with the industry society have been transferring gradually to the information society, the digitization is turning into the foundation of he information, but one of digitized core technologies is the digital signal processing. The Digital Age arrival inevitably requests the core technology the development, the core technology development to rely on the microprocessor unceasing renewal. At present, the microprocessor's new member DSP chip widely applies as core processing and the control parts of an apparatus in the industry measurement and control digitized product, and its formidable development tendency and broad application prospect is growing being like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.According to comprehensive analysis of electronic universal machine and its measurement and control system's actualities and development tendency home and abroad, the main task of the research subject is to set of new type measurement and control system for electronic universal testing machine based on 32 bit high performance DSP TMS320F2812 produced by TI Company recently, which realize the high precision, reliability, real-time feature, digitization, automation, intellectualization of measurement and control system for electronic universal testing machine. The research work of the dissertation include mainly as follows:1.The subject analyzed the operating principle and measuring parameters of the electronic universal testing machine, planned the general design scheme of the measurement and control system for electronic universal testing machine, and analyzed in detail function to be realized of the main controller of DSP.2. According to the general scheme, the subject designed the main controller based on 32-bit DSP TMS320F2812,then realized the hardware circuit design of each function module mainly includeing the USB host data acquisition module, the A.C. servomechanism module, the ethernet data communication connection module and so on.3. According to the modularized program design thought, the subject has carried on the distinction programming differently and debugged the function module under the DSP integrated development environment CCS and given the debugging result, the anti-jamming and the reliability of electronic universal machine and its measurement and control system are studied finally.
