With the advance of automatization at home and abroad, the request of intelligent of equipment becomes the main aim of scientific research. The pure mechanism transmission equipment can't fit the need of the situation, so the new equipment consist of Electro-hydraulic. The teachnic of hydraulic pressure omnipotence test machine has been developed at home and abroad. The new test machine has merit of high automatization level, easy operation, high reliability and good stability. Besides the control system, the high precision, displacement measure system and computer collection disposal are adopted. That make the new one much better than the old test machine on the function, especially at the aspect of precision of testing. It can satisfy the request of different aspect of customer.The new test machine is welcomed on both aspects of function and appearance. But the high price make people hesitated. Although the old one is dropped behind on operation and has large cubage, it has merit of convenient operation, reliable oil press system and long life-span which makes the users want to rebuild it. That not only save the cost, but also make satisfied on precision of testing.The WE-60 hydraulic omnipotent material test machine is used in experimentation and teaching. Dealing with the experiment data is complex. But the other function of the equipment is good, so it's pity to take it away. To advance it not only save the cost but also develop the level of the modifier. On the hand of teaching effect, students can learn modern control theory and strengthen the mastery of basic knowledge. This thesis discuss about the rebuild of old hydraulic omnipotent material test machine and introduce the necessary condition of rebuild, chose and application of related transducer, form of data collection system and method of examination data. The rebuild of the system reserve the former manual load part and add another spur track. That is control the loading speed of test machine by using the electro—hydraulic proportion valve. It can both operate by hand and by automation. Adding the high precision press transducer at the entrance to check the press of the system. Using the displacement measuring system and computer collection technology to make automotive collection, analyzing and disposal. On data collection aspect, it has merit of fast speed collection and high precision measurement. On data analyzing aspect, it is more complete. On the aspect of data disposal, it has specialty of aptitude alternation and with document and illustration. It can display with data, diagram and curve. It can also analyse the data according to the teaching request. To make the test machine close to the modern test machine on the aspect of data disposal and signal examination is the necessity to cater for the development of test machine at home and abroad that face to intelligentize, accuracy, easy operation and reliability.
