Study On The Influence Factors And Promotion Strategy In Project Team Effectiveness Of NJ Planning And Design Company

In view of the poor team performance of NJ planning and design company’s project team,and the low level of team members’ satisfaction and team development,this paper starts from the influencing factors of team effectiveness and refines the project team of NJ planning and design company through literature and practice.The important factors of effectiveness provide specific recommendations for senior leaders and project team leaders of NJ planning and design companies to solve team effectiveness issues.Ten major factors influencing the effectiveness of this type of project team were summed up from the literature review,and on the basis of a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the project team and the characteristics of the designers of NJ Planning & Design Company,they were complemented by interviews with personnel to obtain two other impact projects.The important factor of team effectiveness.Through combing out the final list of team characteristics,individual characteristics,organizational environment and external environment,four levels of a total of 12 factors.These 12 factors are team cohesion,team atmosphere,team learning,team motivation,project manager competence,member capabilities,job involvement,role pressure,organizational support,organizational process asset management,task characteristics,and project changes.Based on the research of the existing team effectiveness model,a theoretical model of the main influencing factors of the project team effectiveness of NJ planning and design company was constructed.Through a questionnaire survey of project managers and project team members of NJ Planning and Design’s project team,a total of 102 questionnaires were collected.SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 statistical analysis software was used for reliability and validity analysis,sample descriptions,and Sample T-test and analysis of structural equation model,and the study found that the main factors affecting team effectiveness and the correlation and significance between the impact factors and team effectiveness,and the theoretical model was revised.Research shows that 10 factors,including team characteristics,individual characteristics,organizational environment,and external environment,have significant influence on team effectiveness.After discussing the research results of this paper,from the perspective of managers of NJ planning and design companies and project team leaders,we put forward specific measures and methods for improving the effectiveness of NJ planning and design company’s project team.
