Cleaner production is a sustainable manufacturing model for modern stone processing enterprises to promote production methods to green and low-carbon.In order to solve the environmental problems of granite wool board processing,this article takes the clean production level of granite sawing solution as the starting point,evaluates and analyzes the resource and environmental characteristics of granite sawing process,and focuses on dust removal and noise reduction at the source And other key content for research to provide common technologies or methods for the industry to implement cleaner production.Through the investigation and analysis of the production status of the granite sheet industry and the status of the application of clean production technology,a granite sawing technology system for clean production is constructed to achieve efficient green processing.Establish an indicator system based on cleaner production technology evaluation,and divide the overall indicator system of cleaner production into a target layer,a criterion layer and an indicator layer.According to the laws and regulations related to cleaner production in the stone industry,the data at the indicator level is divided into three grades:industry advanced level,industry average level,and industry backward level.In order to evaluate and analyze the environmental pollution characteristics during the whole life cycle of granite sawing,a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of sawing solution,which integrates the attributes of cleaner production during sawing Evaluation and analysis,to get the level of clean production level,and analysis of the evaluation results to determine the environmental problems in the sawing process.Taking an enterprise sawing granite as an example,the actual processing situation of the bridge disc saw is taken as the research object,the relevant index data in the granite plate production process is obtained,and the granite sawing clean production evaluation model is used to evaluate the membership The final evaluation result is obtained by solving,calculating the weight matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to the detailed analysis of the evaluation results,the main reason for the low level of clean production technology of the enterprise is the problem of high dust concentration and high noise,and the industry needs to design dust suppression and noise reduction devices.Analyze the composition and causes of dust in the granite sawing process,analyze the disadvantages of the current industry's use of dust removal methods,and the reasons for the unsatisfactory effect,so as to determine the use of water curtain dust suppression methods.The nozzles that form the key components of the water curtain are studied,the internal structure relationship of a single water curtain nozzle is analyzed,the overall design scheme of the water curtain dust suppression device is proposed,and the design parameters of the water curtain device are determined.The characteristics and causes of noise in the granite sawing process are analyzed,and the necessity of using a sound barrier to reduce noise is indicated.The key factor of the noise reduction device,the height of the sound barrier,is studied,the influence of the height of the sound barrier structure on the noise reduction of the sound barrier is analyzed,the overall design plan of the noise reduction device is proposed,and the design parameters of the noise reduction device are determined.
