Vacuum cleaner noise is the key to evaluate the performance of cleaner,at the same time,the vacuum cleaner noise composition is complex,and occupy wide frequency,however,cleaner structure is relatively simple,internal space narrow,difficult to take more measures to reduce the noise.Therefore,noise control has been an important problem in the process of development of a vacuum cleaner.In this paper,the composition and the control method of the vacuum cleaner noise are studied:Through the test analysis,the composition of the vacuum cleaner is obtained,which includes the electromagnetic vibration and the noise of the rotating vibration and the noise of the air.At the same time,the transmission path and the propagation characteristics of the two kinds of noise are clearly defined.To the noise caused by motor vibration,the finite element simulation software was used to analyze the vibration of the motor cover,the motor cover motor and the sound box and the vibration part of the motor power frequency 600Hz is obtained,mainly concentrated in the motor cover on the bottom and part,silencing the bottom and sides.Therefore,strengthening the motor cover and rigidity of the silencing box can reduce the vibration.Sound box and the shell is mainly by the four columns and sides of the base part contact will cause vibration,vibration is passed to the shell will support parts and contact parts into a soft material,reduce the vibration caused by collision.For rotating blades caused by high frequency noise and air flow in the broadband noise mainly by absorption to improve the noise,the sound absorption performance of different material of sound absorption frequency noise of different and verified by experiments,the melamine material compared to other materials have good sound absorption effect.To the garbage box for fluid analysis,get the flow direction of dust particles and air flow when vacuum cleaner is working,the garbage box velocity and pressure distribution,providing a theoretical basis for the garbage box structure improvement and noise reduction in the future.Applying EA auditory model analyses cleaner different noise reduction scheme of auditory spectrum,auditory spectrum with amplitude spectrum can express signal to noise frequency structure more clear and react better ear of noise signal frequency structure of subjective feelings;total energy of auditory spectrum can reflect the noise level of the vacuum cleaner,so auditory spectrum is used as the index to measure the noise.In this paper,by vacuum cleaner of the actual test,signal analysis,modeling and simulation to get the vacuum cleaner noise composition as well as the causes of noise.For different noise component corresponding to the noise reduction measures.In the end,the noise of the vacuum cleaner is fallen by about 3 dB.According to the research results,the noise reduction measures are taken for different noise components,and the noise level of the vacuum cleaner is reduced to from74dB to71dB.And the sense of hearing has been improved.
