Sawing costs account for a large part of total cost in granite products processing. So in the paper, current situation of granite sawing and problems were analyzed, and put forward the definition of efficient processing technology. Efficient sawing processing technology were studied by diamond saw blades sawing Wulian Flower granite in advanced CNC machining center.Granite mineral groups as objects and the process cutting force as criterion of the analysis, the relationship between the two functions was established. The granite machine ability was analyzed and put forward a feasibility study of granite process ability.Single-factor experimental study of the cutting speed on diamond circular saw blades sawing granite was studied, fixed feed rate and cutting depth, the cutting speed from low to high multi-point valued. The impact of the cutting speed on granite process has a systematic study. Then come to the result that in the cutting speed from 35m/s to 50m/s range change, cutting force decreases with the increase of cutting speed. The cutting force decreases faster with the greater cutting speed. In the cutting speed from 10m/s to 35m/s low-speed range, the cutting force change is different.Cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth, three factors and three levels for each factors were selected in the study of granite efficient processing technology. Orthogonal experiments were carried out in the study. The significance of granite processing factors influencing cutting force was analyzed by using range analysis. Then the influence relationship between various factors and cutting force was gotten. The mathematical model of each cutting force was established by using regression analysis of Matlab. According to the given parameters with this model can predict the cutting force simply. At last, considering cutting force and material removal process parameters were optimized to obtain the optimum process parameters. This will be very beneficial to the actual production process parameters. It is very beneficial to the process parameters selection of actual production.Through the research, cutting mechanism and efficient granite processing technology can be theoretically enhanced. At the same time, it has important guiding significance for the processing parameters optimization of actual production and then to achieve efficient processing of granite.The paper is supported by Science and Technology Development Planning of Shandong Province.
