China is a large country in the granite and other hard brittle stone's production and consumption,and diamond circular saw blade is widely used for it's high efficiency of sawing and low production costing,due to the combination diamond saw blades can significantly increase production efficiency and reduce cost,sawing develop from the past single saws to multi-piece combination saws and ultra-thin combination saws.The combination of diamond disc saws,as a collection of multi-blade,the single-chip blade diameter ratio greater than 200,is a typical ultra-thin disc part,saw sheet,causing noise pollution.A large number of studies have shown that the opening of the diamond saw blade can reduce the radiation noise,but it only stays on the monolithic saws.Therefore,according to the technical idea of single vibration noise research,to explore efficient and green combination of diamond circular saw blade design program is of great significance.Combined use the structural finite element method and the acoustic boundary element method on the vibration and noise reduction of the combined diamond saw blade is studied.The influence of the noise reduction hole on the vibration noise of the combined diamond saw blade is studied by comparing the vibration data and sound field data of each designed scheme.The velocity response of the combined saws under axial excitation force is analyzed,then the vibration velocity response data of each node of the combination saw blade are mapped one by one by using the finite element method to the boundary element grid.The acoustic boundary element method is used to analyze the acoustic radiation characteristics,and the radiation power level is calculated.The coupling vibration characteristics of the combination saw are studied.It is concluded that the coupling effect of the small saw blade and the intermediate piece is seriously affected by the coupled vibration response of the ?1600mm three-piece diamond cutting blade,and the large vibration state is better than the small piece.The influence of the opening of the substrate on the vibration characteristics of the saw saw is analyzed,and it is pointed out that the selection of the saw blade is more helpful than the monolithic opening to reduce the vibration intensity of the corresponding saw blade.The noise reduction hole on the middle saw blade and the small saw blade is the biggest change in the vibration characteristics of the integrated saw.In the actual design,the intermediate saw blade and the small saw blade should be selected,and the optimal noise reduction hole structure of ?1600mm three-piece composite diamond saw blade is given in the range of existing circular noise reduction hole.Finally,"Finite element method determining the optimal aperture saw blade---Boundary element determining best noise reduction parameters" design method proposed.The results show a method for designing of high performance and environment friendly composite diamond circular saw blade,which provides the basis for the design of the joint sawing circular noise reduction hole.It provides a reference for the study of the vibration noise of the combined saws.
