With the rapid growth of China's automobile industry and the substantial increase of automobile quantity,the demand for various kinds of automobile maintenance talents in the automobile aftermarket has increased greatly,and the requirements for their quality have also undergone a fundamental change,which puts forward a new demand for training talents in the secondary and higher vocational schools.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the new training mode of automobile maintenance professionals in secondary vocational schools to adapt to the new demands of the industry.This paper through the survey of vehicle maintenance industry and their employees,and analyzed the existing way of pure school training,he cultivation mode and master train an apprentice way such as vehicle maintenance and repair personnel training mode matching the actual output of various types of vehicle maintenance and repair personnel,to understand the present situation and the demand of the current state of the vehicle maintenance personnel,the gap between found modern high-tech automotive product maintenance of all kinds of different requirements.From secondary vocational schools and vehicle maintenance and repair mode of talent cultivation orientation,professional curriculum,curriculum implementation,curriculum teaching methods and practice base construction 2 within the industry benchmark of secondary vocational school characteristics were studied,found that the two industry recognition higher secondary vocational school has strong professional teachers,teachers' theoretical knowledge is rich,advanced and perfect training equipment,attaches great importance to the students to create positions internship,close cooperation between colleges and other characteristics.Finally L secondary vocational schools,for example,based on the results of the survey,industry benchmarking secondary vocational school characteristics,contrast analysis of the secondary vocational school L auto repair professional curriculum construction and the present situation of the talents cultivation,found the secondary vocational school L main problems of vehicle maintenance and repair professional talent training is the reform of course system,teaching content hollowing out,such as double teachers lack,university-enterprise cooperation formalization and actual disconnect,etc.Therefore,according to the national education and teaching requirements and overall training objectives of secondary vocational schools,the author proposes corresponding improvement strategies by referring to the vocational qualification standards related to the automobile industry and drawing on the characteristics of benchmark schools.Based on the vocational teaching standard,this paper reconstructs the curriculum system,reforms the teaching content,and improves the talent training system,and carries out the reform plan in practice and improves the PDCA cycle.Based on the actual demand as the starting point,through to the personnel and school benchmarking survey research methods,to improve the vehicle maintenance personnel training mode,cultivate more excellent professional talents for the society,improve the overall quality of vehicle maintenance and repair industry,keep up with the time development of auto technology,meet the needs of society,has the reference and promoting effect.
