With the improvement of medical treatment and the improvement of people's quality of life,the health status of the elderly population in China is generally better.The average life expectancy of the Chinese population is higher than the world average.China is entering an aging society at a rapid speed.In the elderly population,the number of limb dysfunction patients is increasing year by year.In addition,millions of newly injured and sick people are accompanied by limb dysfunction every year.The number of limb dysfunction patients requiring rehabilitation is relatively large.In recent years,the relevant departments of our government attach great importance to the rehabilitation of the disabled.More and more experts and scholars pay attention to the study of the indoor space of rehabilitation institutions.However,at present,the construction of rehabilitation institutions for patients with limb dysfunction is far from meeting the rehabilitation needs of patients with limb dysfunction,and the facilities and equipment of rehabilitation services need to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to provide rehabilitation services for patients with limb dysfunction.Creating a high-quality indoor space for rehabilitation institutions has become the main topic of this paper.This paper takes the indoor space of rehabilitation institutions for patients with limb dysfunction as the research object,takes architecture,design,ergonomics,rehabilitation psychology,rehabilitation medicine and other disciplines as theoretical support,and tries to construct a systematic indoor space design system of rehabilitation institutions by using literature research,field research and comprehensive analysis methods.Firstly,it combs the related concepts of indoor space of rehabilitation institutions,collates a large number of literature and research results of rehabilitation institutions,and summarizes the research status of rehabilitation institutions at home and abroad.Secondly,the rehabilitation institutions in Japan,Nanjing,Kunming and other places were investigated on the spot,and the advantages and disadvantages of the current interior space design of domestic rehabilitation institutions and the existing problems of rehabilitation institutions were analyzed,which laid a solid foundation for exploring the methods and optimization strategies of interior space construction of rehabilitation institutions for patients with limb dysfunction.Thirdly,according to the physical,psychological and behavioral characteristics of Patients with limb dysfunction,as well as the needs of the users of rehabilitation institutions,the passage space,living space,rehabilitation space and medical space of rehabilitation institutions for Patients with limb dysfunction are constructed.Then,combing the design principles of rehabilitation space for patients with limb dysfunction,and putting forward the methods and optimization strategies of indoor space construction for rehabilitation institutions for patients with limb dysfunction,in order to provide certain theoretical support for the sustainable development of indoor space design for rehabilitation institutions for patients with limb dysfunction.Finally,taking the design practice of rehabilitation institutions for patients with Parkinson's syndrome as an example,the feasibility of indoor space research of rehabilitation institutions for Patients with limb dysfunction is further verified by creating a rehabilitation institution that can meet the new model of modern rehabilitation medicine and the rehabilitation space of "humanization,emotion and high curative effect".The research results show that: the interior space design of rehabilitation institutions for patients with limb dysfunction needs to meet the new model of modern rehabilitation medicine and follow the design principles of no safety risks,artistic,diversified and family-oriented.Create a scientific and systematic indoor training space,an environmentally safe indoor interface,and a comfortable and livable physical environment.Optimize the indoor sensory space,living space and public space of rehabilitation institutions for patients with physical disorders.To create a rehabilitation space that not only meets patients' physical,psychological and behavioral needs,but also enhances patients' confidence in rehabilitation and relieves patients' pain and illness.
