Research On The Design Of Medical Rehabilitation Space Under The Concept Of Therapeutic Environment

In recent years,with the continuous development of hospital medical technology and the emergence of new medical methods,people’s demand for medical treatment has also changed.The concept of treatment service has also changed from the concept of treatment service with "disease treatment" as the core to the concept of treatment service with "paying attention to the physical and mental recovery of patients",which has virtually promoted the development of the concept of "therapeutic environment",Healing environment has gradually become one of the special psychotherapy methods that have attracted much attention."Healing environment" refers to an environment that can induce self healing of the body and has the ability of positive transformation,so as to improve the physical,psychological and spiritual health of space users.The development of the concept of "healing environment" in foreign countries is earlier than that in China,and the concept is relatively mature.At present,the main trend of China’s health care space is to create a "healing environment",but the overall design is slightly less than that in foreign countries.This paper takes "healing environment" as the research,cuts into the research goal of inpatient rehabilitation space design,and mainly discusses the spatial experience of convalescent patients during hospitalization.The article takes some relevant cases of convalescent space as the main explanation object,takes "healing concept" as the center,and focuses on analyzing the impact of space shaping under the concept of "healing environment" on convalescent patients,Summarize the influencing factors and design techniques under the"healing concept".The research of this paper involves the methods of literature collection,case analysis,induction and summary.While referring to the domestic design specifications,this paper conducts dredging and research compared with the foreign advanced design cases,and analyzes the special psychological needs of users in today’s social health care space from the macro perspective to the micro perspective,including medical rehabilitation patients,caregivers,medical workers,etc.,and the research background,theory,connotation The functional structure,space overview,operation mechanism and design principle of health care space are discussed in detail.Find out the problems,analyze and solve the problems,absorb the experience worthy of learning and imitation,and refine the views and suggestions on the development of current health care space.
