Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System For Remanufacturing Center Of Jiangling Industrial Company

With the development of the Internet,the pace of information in daily life and work is gradually speeding up.As one of the important links of enterprises,financial information system,an important tool of enterprises,has continuous processing,which is becoming more and more intelligent and integrated.When an enterprise has an appropriate financial information system,it helps greatly improve the speed of information processing and save all kinds of costs in order to obtain effective competitiveness in the competition of enterprises.Jiangling Industrial Co.,Ltd.is a diversified company which integrates the remanufacturing and sales of engines and spare parts,the recycling and dismantling of scrap cars,the production and trade of auto parts,hotel and catering services,etc..The remanufacturing center of this research is the main business center of JMC,whose main business is engine and parts remanufacturing production and sales.The center experienced manual accounting to the basic financial software,single function,failed to achieve business financial connectivity,can’t efficiently integrate resources.Based on the research of the existing financial information system at home and abroad,through the study of Java language,J2EE architecture,C/S model and B/S model,Eclipse tools,Oracle database and other related technologies,this paper understands the advantages and disadvantages of the existing technology,and makes a set of requirements and feasibility analysis for the overall information communication and functional integration of the current enterprise,as well as on the functions of basic setting,general ledger,sales,inventory and so on.This system is of high adaptability and good ductility,trying to achieve "the goods rapid flowing,the money reasonably planning,the things well using."Through the system scheme design of the remanufacturing center of Jiangling Industrial Company,this paper gives the overall technical framework design of the system,and designs the main module functions of the management system of the center in detail,the main development of the system has realized the Basic Management Module Function,the General Ledger management module function,the purchase management module function,the sale management module function and the inventory management module function.The function of the basic management module is set up comprehensively and widely,and the authority is separated clearly.The function information of the purchasing,sales and inventory management module is comprehensive and accountable.Then,according to the established system for each function of the process testing,the results show that the system can realize the integration of the management of each module,to achieve the effect of information linkage,data sharing,funds,personnel,goods trinity,the flow of information is good.Basically Complete Jiangling Industrial Company Remanufacturing Center Integrated Resources,communication efficiency,accounting process optimization,process monitoring and control objectives,while a certain degree of rigor and Operability.But there are still deficiencies,such as cost accounting functions to be improved,the page is not beautiful enough to be improved.
