Study Of Management Information System In Engine Remanufacturing Line

Engine remanufacturing production line management information system takes engine remanufacturing production line as the object of my research. The author designs the engine remanufacturing production line management information system by using the development tool Microsoft Visual Studio2010, C#programming language, and SQL Server2008database tools for the background. Through the investigation of the actual production line, and the analysis of the enterprise demand, the author determines the general flowchart of the system and main functions need to be realized. The author has collected the data which the enterprise needs to store, then establishes the database model according to the data type and data structure. According to the problem of data interruption occurred because of media interrupt during data transfer, Engine remanufacturing production line management information system uses a database mirroring to mirror the database which ensured the data integrity. According to the system processes and the main function of the system, the author determines the system requirements of the software and hardware facilities. According to the enterprise requirements and the practical application of the software, the author divides the entire engine remanufacturing production line management information system design and implementation into five parts, including On-line management system; tighten the data acquisition system, monitoring system, offline printing system and data query system. Engine remanufacturing production line management information system realizes functions of real-time data acquisition, real-time monitoring of the state of the production line equipment and quality data real-time query etc.After successful commissioning, this system was put into operation; its operating results achieved the expected goals, and met the requirement of production, the Engine remanufacturing production line management information system can increase the production efficiency of the engine remanufacturing production line, and maximize the cost savings for the company.
