With the country’s further opening up and lower tariffs,the price gap between imported and domestic vehicles will be further reduced.China will become one of the important battlefields of competition among auto companies in the world and will further intensify competition in the auto industry.If domestic automobile enterprises want to obtain greater profits in a highly competitive industry environment,they must reduce costs,expand sales,and improve labor productivity.In recent years,Chinese enterprises have been constantly trying to improve their income by changing their management methods.Therefore,Company C introduced the Amoeba business model.Under this model,the company was divided into many small organizations called Amoeba.Each small organization as an independent profit center,independent accounting in accordance with the way of small businesses,small stores.The introduction of new business models by enterprises is nothing more than improving performance.Therefore,it is particularly critical to build a scientific and effective performance evaluation system that matches the business model.The performance evaluation system under the Amoeba model is to decompose the company-level strategy into various departments,divisions,and product lines,and then decompose the department’s goals to each employee.At the same time as each employee completes his personal performance,he also completes the company’s strategic planning.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the topic selection background,research significance,the basic framework of the paper,possible innovations,and the emphasis and difficulties of the research.The second chapter elaborates the relevant theories,introduces the basic theory of performance evaluation and Amoeba’s business model.The third chapter will introduce the background of C company performance evaluation and the current status of performance evaluation.The fourth chapter designs a questionnaire based on the current situation of C company’s performance evaluation to understand internally the possible problems of C company’s performance evaluation system and analyze the reasons for the problems.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions to improve the existing problems of C company’s performance evaluation system.Chapter VI sorts out and summarizes the cases,puts forward some perspectives on the application of Amoeba’s performance evaluation system in domestic enterprises,and makes a prospect for the future of performance evaluation.
