| Lead-acid battery is a kind of "resource recycling" energy product with high safety,stable electrical performance,low manufacturing cost,wide application and low cost renewable utilization.With the rapid deve lopment of China’s economy,lead-acid batteries have been widely used in daily travel,telecommunications,electricityand industrial fields.The lead-acid battery industry in China has experienced a period of rapid development for nearly 30 years.Promoted by the country’s macroeconomic regulation and supply-side reform,the lead-acid battery industry has also smoothly transformed and upgraded into a new green energy industry.On the one hand,China’s lead-acid battery industry is facing the impact of new high-tech materials,on the other hand,facing the rising raw materials,labor costs,coupled with environmental pressure and policy changes,enterprises are facing opportunities at the same time,they are also facing severe challenges.TN Group,as a traditional lead-acid manufacturing enterprise,is facing the current situation.The most important thing is to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,give full play to the subjective initiative of all employees,all employees participate in the operation of the company,all employees face the current situation together,which urgently needs the transformation and upgrading of enterprise management ideas.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the existing enterprises and a comp rehensive study and demonstration,the management of TN Group decided to implement the amoeba business model in the group and formally introduced it into practice in 2015.In the past three years of practice,not only has the operation situation been greatly improved,but also has harvested valuable experience.By introducing the Amoeba business model,TN Group aims to tap the management benefits and internal potential,reduce the group’s manufacturing costs,improve the capacity utilization of subsidiaries,and mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff.This paper starts with the analysis of the internal and external environment of TN Group,draws out the actual situation and existing problems of the Group at the present stage,and expounds the urgency of the transformation and upgrading of the TN Group,and the Amoeba mode of operation can effectively solve the existing problems at this stage;furthermore,TN Group combines the Amoeba mode of operation.Setting up the model of self-management entity suitable for enterprises,this paper expounds in detail four aspects: the determination and implementation of the scheme of self-management entity,the division of self-management entity,the establishment of self-management entity,the signing of the agreement of self-management entity and the management of margin,and introduces the concrete implementation of self-management entity mode in TN group;secondly,it focuses on the implementation of TN group.This paper analyzes the safeguard measures of the mode of independent business entity,and elaborates the safeguard,performance appraisal and incentive scheme,entry and exit mechanism to ensure the good operation of the independent business entity of TN Group.Finally,it describes the effect,experience and lessons of the independent business entity in TN Group in detail.The results of long term practice of the management mode.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the challenges and successful experiences of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in implementing the Amoeba business model by analyzing the practice of amoeba business model in TN Group.It is of great significance and reference value to other Chinese manufacturing enterprises trying or trying to introduce the Amoeba business model. |
