DL engineering company was founded in 1998.It is the first horizontal directional drilling(hereinafter referred to as "HDD" or "HDD technology")in all kinds of trenchless technologies in China.At that time,HDD technology was still a very strange technology in China,and most of the construction units,design units and construction units knew nothing about it.The main strength of the entrepreneurial team of DL engineering company is the professional teachers from colleges and universities.With their ability to digest and understand the new technology of HDD,a set of construction methods for the application of this new technology in communication,power,water,gas and other urban underground pipelines are rapidly established,which are highly recognized by the pipeline construction units and made for the construction of national pipeline infrastructure projects We have made due contributions.After the establishment of the company,the business has also developed rapidly,and the profits of the company have kept at a higher level.The annual profitability and accumulated capital have multiplied.By 2000,the capital accumulation of the company has been nearly 100 times of the initial investment.But with the increasingly mature and development of technology,the enterprises engaged in HDD construction and equipment manufacturing enterprises are also booming.With the increasing market competition,and the traditional operation mode,organizational framework and incentive system of the engineering industry that the company has been using have not been innovated and reformed in time with the development of the new economy,the development of the company in recent years has fallen into the "medium-sized trap",The development of the company has almost stagnated.To break through the first mock exam of the company’s development,the company has used the “amoeba model” and Haier’s "human single in one mode" to carry out the transformation of the company’s values,organization and motivation,so as to release the vitality of the company,enhance the competitiveness of the company and further enhance the company’s value growth and strategic growth.
