Research On The Design Of Age-appropriate Buildings In Rural Areas Under The Model Of Home-based Old-age Care

With the deepening of China's modernization process,the aging of the population has gradually been widely concerned by the society.China's elderly population base is developing rapidly and the distribution of regions is unbalanced.Rural areas,as the major areas of the aging population,are dominated by the home-based old-age care model.However,the design of housing suitable for aging is still in the initial stage,and the research results are limited and not yet popularized.Therefore,it is an important and urgent task to study the age-appropriate design of rural residence under the model of home-based old-age care.Under the above background,in order to improve the old-age care environment for the elderly in rural areas and enhance their old-age care ability,this paper,from the perspective of architecture,takes the home-based old-age care mode as the premise,takes the huizu town of Zhanglu in Liaocheng as the research area,and takes the age-appropriate design of old-age care residence as the research object,and completes the following research.1.Relevant theoretical research is carried out around the age-appropriate design of housing,and the physical characteristics of the elderly and their living needs are summarized in detail in the form of a table,and corresponding Suggestions are put forward from the perspective of housing design.And selected some home and abroad suitable for aging housing cases to learn their design methods and ideas.2.Through the network data collection,questionnaire survey,field visits,field surveying and mapping and observation research methods such as on the sample villages has carried on the detailed investigation and research,and draw a lot of analysis diagram sample villages are summarized in the residential layout,interior function room configuration as well as the present situation of the indoor and outdoor space design and so on characteristics and the existing problems.3.According to the problems feedback from the survey results,the strategies for the age-appropriate design of housing in the sample villages are studied,starting from the aspectsof local folk culture,geographical characteristics,living habits of householders and living needs.From the whole to the part,through the method of classification research,this paper systematically describes the layout way of the sample village old-age home and the design method of indoor and outdoor space suitable for the old.4.Select an elderly residence within the research scope as a sample,and apply the design strategy of aging appropriate residence summarized in the previous research to carry out a full set of aging appropriate optimal design for the sample residence,so as to verify the feasibility of the theory in a practical way.Based on the sample village as the research case to explore the optimal aging residential design strategy,aims to adopt the way of revealing through the study of the region's old-age homes,summed up the house comfortable old design strategies and methods,to rural residential aging of optimum design for other areas to provide the sample,improve the rural elderly endowment living environment that occupy the home,have the effect of topic for domestic pension contribution to contribute to the residential design research.
