Research On Communication Space Design Of Elderly Apartment Based On Behavior Needs

With the rapid changes in the age structure of our population,the problem of old-age pension has become the reality that most families have to face,and the social and economic level is also advancing by leaps and bounds.In addition to the retirement of the elderly and the community pension,have a certain economic capacity and self-care ability of retired elderly,began to pursue safe,comfortable,entertainment has improved service facilities for the old-age environment,old apartments and other institutions pension facilities become more and more elderly people choose.Therefore,the livable design of the old apartment has also become an architect need to pay attention to the problem.This paper discusses the problems in the use of communication space in the elderly apartment and the demand and influence of the behavioral characteristics of the elderly on the space,and proceed from the aspects of detail optimization and spatial diversity.,The design of the elderly apartment space for the study.There are six chapters in the whole paper.The first chapter analyzes the present situation and practice of the research at home and abroad,and makes a clear study of the problem.The second chapter analyzes the needs of the elderly in terms of the behavior of the elderly in three aspects of psychology,physiology and activity.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and the use situation of the old apartment in Zhengzhou,analyzes the problems in the use and the behavior pattern of the elderly.The fourth chapter summarizes the design goal,the principle and the level of the system.The fifth chapter elaborates the old apartment Communication space design strategy,combined with a large number of cases,respectively,from the morphological level,functional configuration and interface three levels of analysis and research;Chapter VI project practice.In this paper,the research process of the formation of the concerns and theoretical methods,hoping to promote the design of the elderly apartment space design,and in space research can take into account the needs of the elderly morespecial behavior,and then more detailed design of the elderly Apartment building,create a positive,active,creative space atmosphere,improve the living quality of the elderly.The results of the study are expected to provide reference for the communication design of the old apartment space.
