Research On The Regeneration Design Of Architectural Space In Old Industrial Factory

As a large industrial country,China has built and put into operation a large number of industrial plants in the period of rapid development.The benefits are remarkable.However,since the 1990 s,due to the impact of the service industry and high-tech industries and the increasing environmental pollution,the demand structure of urban residents has changed.In order to reverse the unfavorable situation,the relevant government departments issued a call,and Chinese cities have since entered a period of large industrial restructuring,industrial type transformation,and industrial restructuring.In order to preserve important historical memory,many cities have reconstructed and designed representative abandoned industrial buildings during the renewal process,changing the nature of the buildings and introducing various formats to form a modern and comprehensive place that meets the needs of the public.Among them,Jinan City,which is a provincial capital of Shandong Province and has a long industrial history,is also actively participating in the transformation of industrial plants.The main treatment method is the transformation of industrial buildings into creative industrial parks to cater to the flourishing development of today’s cultural and creative industries.Enrich the spiritual life of the citizens.On August 16,2018,the Jinan Municipal Government publicized the reply on the proposal of “strengthening the redevelopment and utilization of idle old factories in our city” on the official website.Therefore,this paper takes the “regeneration of creative industry space” as the starting point and transforms and designs the creative industrial park of Jinan No.2 Steel Plant.This article has six chapters.Chapter 1 is a basic overview of the topic.The main topics are summarized in six aspects: the origin and background of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the research content and methods,the research innovations and difficulties,the research framework,and the summary of this chapter.Chapter 2 takes "space regeneration" as the starting point.The concept of space and regeneration,the way of spatial regeneration,the status quo of research at home and abroad,and the value of space regeneration in creative industries in China are introduced.This chapter conducts longitudinal research with the main papers and examples at home and abroad.The third chapter is the dynamic analysis of the creative industry space in Shandong.Based on comparative research,a large number of horizontal studies havebeen carried out.Taking Shandong Province as the target city,it analyzes the creative industry space,including the basic situation of Shandong,the case study of Shandong creative industry space regeneration,the analysis of the spatial regeneration of Shandong creative industry,the development of Shandong creative industry space,and the creative industry space of Shandong.Reasons for lack of development momentum.Chapter 4 presents the spatial regeneration strategy and development goals in Shandong Creative Industry Park.Including spatial regeneration design principles,spatial regeneration design methods,technical means of spatial regeneration,regeneration development model of creative industry parks,and development goals of creative industry parks.Chapter 5 is the specific application of this topic in the practice.Taking the renovation design of the creative industrial park of Jinan No.2 Steel Plant as an example,it analyzes and designs it to verify the feasibility and correctness of the space regeneration strategy of the creative industry park.Including the construction background and overview of the creative industrial park of Jinan No.2 Steel Plant,the overall planning of the creative industry park,the external space regeneration design of the creative industry park,and the interior space regeneration design of the creative industry park.Chapter 6 is a description of the inadequacies of this paper and the prospects for future industrial transformation trends.Through this research,I hope to achieve the following results.It is divided into two aspects.One is the investigation and research itself.The main topic of this research is to explore the research on the spatial regeneration design of Shandong creative industry--taking the transformation design of the creative industrial park of Jinan No.2 Steel Plant as an example.Explore its political and economic value and artistic aesthetic value as well as historical and cultural values.Combined with the investigation and research of Shandong representative creative industrial park,it analyzes and summarizes the challenges,means of attack and innovation in the process of transformation design,and provides theoretical basis and strategic means.I hope that through this survey,I can cultivate my comprehensive ability,active learning ability,communication and communication ability,social practice ability,academic research and combined analysis ability,improve personal quality and improve personal quality.This thesis intends to use the relevant theories of architectural design,interior design,landscape architecture,etc.,to integrate the spatial regeneration design with regional culture and human behavior psychology into the transformation design of the creative industry park,and to analyze the impact of the development model on the operation of the creative industry park.Key technologies to be solved: First,through the excavation and analysis of Jinan’s regional culture,abstract the image of mountains,springs,lakes,rivers and cities,and integrate cultural and regional labels into the transformation design of creative industrial parks.Different from other industrial parks,the degree of recognition is formed.Second,this paper intends to solve the user experience of the creative industry park,such as the interaction between landscape pieces and users,the activation of industrial components,etc.,to mobilize users to participate in enthusiasm.Third,this paper intends to solve the problem of insufficient motivation and long-term development in the development zone of the Creative Industry Park.Re-adjust the business planning,increase the proportion of functional space such as food and beverage entertainment and boutique retail,increase the flow of people,stimulate consumption,and maintain the vitality of the industrial park.
