Study On Vigor Regeneration Strategy Of Old Industrial Factory In Creative Industry Park

Under the double influence of the upgrade in urban land value and industrial structure, a series of factories are rebuilt away from their former locations and therefore the unused or even abandoned old industrial parks abundantly pop up in the city, in the process of urban development recently in China. How to make good use of the old factory relics has become a significant project in the current study of urban designing in China.What is more, in the context of today's information and knowledge economy, the creative industry has become a new engine to promote urban economic development as a new industry. Facing the needs of creative economic development, many European countries develop creative industrial park by the old industrial plant for the purpose of adjusting the industrial structure, stimulating the city vitality, and enhancing the image of the city. It has appeared in our country the newly built creative industrial parks based on the old ones,which put forward a series of investigation and surveys in the subjects of whole-park design and upgrading physical industrial relics. As I chose to study the modification of Xuecheng old industrial parks from Shandong Weijiao company since the graduate education started, I preliminarily concluded the upgrade strategies and designing plans of old industrial parks and then accomplished the course design based on large amount of field research. With fundamental research, this master's thesis make it the target that the upgrade design of old industrial relics facing the need of creative parks. Here are the specific contents.The paper takes the creative industry park of the old industrial area as the research object, through literature review and investigation of its current development at home and abroad and the characteristics of the representative of China's Beijing, Shanghai,Guangzhou area of the park was analyzed, and the 7 Beijing Creative Industry Park in supporting the old industrial factory building the field investigation and questionnaire survey.Firstly, through combing the related concepts, analysis of the characteristics of the types and characteristics of creative industries and the old industrial plant, discusses the causes of the creative industry based on old industrial plant development and advantages,and summarizes the development of creative industries suitable for old industrial plant conditions, it is pointed out that the problems and challenges of old industrial plant regeneration for Creative Industry Park in the design of city level, and analysis of the problems from three aspects of the culture, function and space.On this basis, according to the renewable energy problem, combined with the related theory and the domestic and foreign some characteristic examples, put forward cultural preservation and co-ordinate the development strategy, and carries on the discussion from the development subject, development method and strength three aspects; functional aspects to study the land use function and configuration, to comprehensive utilization of land as basic principle. This paper discusses the functions of positioning and configuration, and sums up the mixed function layout model. In the aspect of space, the author mainly studies the construction of exterior space environment, and studies the concrete strategies and methods of improving the road and traffic of the park and reshaping the public space of the park.Finally by Shandong Wei Jiao group Xuecheng old factory practice case renewal planning proves and explains, do a combination of theory and practice. The results of this paper are supposed to contribute to the planning and construction of the old factory area and the creative park as well as contribute to the upgrading of the present parks in the future. Thus, we can further fulfill the purpose of saving the lost space, instructing energetic creative parks and inheriting the memories of old industrial parks.
