Study Onsupplierevaluation And Selection Of Construction Project

At present,the market of green energy-saving equipment in China is developing rapidly,and the evaluation standard of supplier selection is not scientific and unified.In this paper,for YQ experimental school project,this article identify the green energy-saving equipment supplier evaluation index through the brainstorming method,construct a new evaluation index system using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and combining the expert scoring optimization YQ experimental school project to carry out the supplier evaluation.This research aims to help to enrich the supplier evaluation theory and improve the supplier management and evaluation of real estate projects.On the basis of supplier selection evaluation theory,this paper uses brainstorming method to identify the evaluation indicators of green energy-saving equipment suppliers,and analyzes the factors affecting supplier evaluation from four aspects: product quality,economic cost,delivery capacity and service capacity.Identified including quality management system,use of new materials,green ecological design,technical parameters,the purchase price,payment,logistics costs,warehouse inventory organization,delivery lead time,delivery guarantee measures,service attitude,outside the warranty service,after-sale technical support,emergency services,including 14 second-level evaluation index,build the evaluation index system of green energy-saving equipment suppliers.The evaluation index system was calculated by using the AHP method,and the judgment matrix and weight vector of second-level index of supplier evaluation of YQ experimental school project were obtained.The four factors with the largest weight were green ecological design,delivery lead time,new material use and purchase price.In this paper,three suppliers of green energy saving equipment were graded by the expert scoring method.The supplier GYS02 performed well in the three supplies of split air conditioning central control system,motor and water pump equipment,and online energy supervision platform of smart school.After comprehensive analysis,GYS02 was finally selected as the strategic supplier of the company and the project.
