Under the current background of supply-side reforms,the PPP model,as an innovative project operation mode,has become more and more significant,driving profound changes in China's infrastructure construction investment and financing system and project operation methods.This means that China's infrastructure construction investment and financing system and project operation methods are undergoing profound changes.Market changes require that construction companies must realize the transformation from contractors to "private capital" and adapt to the "new identity ".They must open up traditional infrastructure construction market paths through investment and financing.If companies are slow to respond to market changes,they will face the risk of being eliminated by the market.This paper intends to select the perspective of the identity of construction enterprises participating in the PPP project in different stages.From the perspective of construction enterprises,the construction enterprises participate in the analysis of the whole process risk of PPP projects,identify risks,establish risk lists,evaluate risks,and propose risk response strategies.The content of this article is a total of seven chapters.Chapter ? introduces the background and significance of the topic,the review of the research status in China and abroad,the content and technical route of the research,the research questions,the research methods,etc.Chapter II PPP mode,project life cycle and risk management related theory,introduces the concept of PPP mode and related theory,project life cycle theory,construction enterprise project risk management related theory,etc.Chapter III Identification of the "new Abstract IV identity " risk of the construction enterprise's participation in the PPP project's entire life cycle,introduces the concept and characteristics of the construction enterprise,the necessity of the construction enterprise's participation in the PPP project,the identity positioning and interest analysis of the construction enterprise's participation in the PPP throughout the process Use literature analysis,failure case analysis,and expert interviewers to establish a risk list and interpret the risk list;Chapter ? is the "new identity" risk evaluation of the construction enterprise participating in the whole life cycle of the PPP project.It introduces the selection of risk evaluation methods,and uses the AHP and FUZZY evaluation method to evaluate the risks;Chapter V The "new identity" risk response of the construction company participating in the PPP project life cycle,introduces the common methods of risk response,and the principle of selecting the risk response method,so as to clarify the risk list based on the "new identity" of the construction enterprise participating in the PPP project life cycle Coping methods.Chapter ? is a case study,which introduces the risk management of the "new identity" of the construction company's participation in the whole life cycle of the PPP project of the X subway line in City D;Chapter ? Conclusions and Prospects,summarizes the main conclusions of this article,analyzes the deficiencies,and proposes research prospects.
