Company A is a railway transportation construction enterprise,affiliated to China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,whose main business is railway(including high-speed railway)equipment and equipment installation and repair,railway(including high-speed railway)transportation equipment maintenance,etc.,is railway transportation The pillar enterprises of the system provide transportation guarantee for the railway operation in Henan Province and surrounding provinces and cities,and play a vital role in the stability and development of the economy and society.However,with the rapid changes in the social and economic environment,the current front-line employee performance management system structure used by Company A is lagging behind,and the assessment methods are rigid.There are many deficiencies in the assessment methods,assessment implementation process and application of assessment results,which cannot be adapted the development of the enterprise at this stage.The thesis combines the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management in human resource management,using questionnaire surveys,field interviews and other methods to analyze and study the current status of company A's performance management system and the implementation and application of company employee performance appraisal.Using a variety of statistical analysis methods such as questionnaire method and chart analysis method to find out the main problems of company A's performance management system,and in-depth study of the problems found to find the underlying reasons behind it.Use the balanced scorecard method,key performance indicator method and target management method to carry out theoretical analysis,combined with the actual situation of the company,optimize and improve the current performance management system of company A.The thesis refers to the work characteristics of the front-line employees within the company,optimizes the performance assessment method by category,gives the company a scientific and reasonable performance improvement plan,and puts forward theimplementation of the company's performance management optimization program guarantee measures.Railway transportation is an important part of the national economy,and its significance is not only in the obvious economic aspects.It has important and far-reaching significance in politics,transportation location and national strategy.Therefore,we continue to deepen the reform of the performance management system of railway enterprises.It has very important strategic significance.Company A,as a typical enterprise representative of the railway system,also has important research value.In addition,because the development of enterprises in the railway system is relatively similar,this case has certain reference significance for the performance evaluation of front-line employees of local railway subordinate enterprises.
