The international and domestic economic situation is undergoing profound changes.As an effective supplement to ocean transportation,the timeliness of intercontinental land transportation organizations is remarkable,which promotes the connection between the production and consumption networks in Asia and Europe.Intercontinental trains,represented by the China Railway Express to Europe,have become the core link of Eurasia land transport.While the scale of intercontinental transportation continues to expand,its transportation organization is still relatively extensive.The efficiency of the multimodal source distribution mode still needs to be improved.It is necessary to conduct targeted research on intensive and complicated transportation organizations to guide the high-quality development of intercontinental land transportation in practice.This dissertation,based on the National Key R&D Plan Project "The Belt and Road International Corridor Transportation Research and Exchange Center"(2016YFE0201700),combines the practice of intercontinental land transportation organization and academic theoretical research foundation,and refines a new class of academic problems--the optimization of the road-rail multimodal transport route based on intercontinental land transportation.This dissertation has carried out a systematic and innovative research on the optimization of the road-rail multimodal transportation routing problem based on intercontinental land transportation.(1)Analysis of intercontinental road-rail multimodal transport system.First of all,in this section,the issue of intercontinental road-rail multimodal transport is extracted and theoretically defined,and its scope of application is analyzed.Secondly,the intercontinental public road-rail transport organization is analyzed.Three types of optimization models at the strategic,tactical,and operational levels are summarized.Finally,the problem of the optimization of intercontinental road-rail transport optimization is decomposed equivalently,and the basic and extensible characteristics of the problem model are explained.(2)Cargo collection model and solution for intercontinental road-rail multimodal transport.First of all,in this section,in view of the problem of road consolidation in the urban hinterland of intercontinental land transportation,a highway hauler truck collection network for intercontinental public rail transport is designed.A basic vehicle route optimization model is established to provide for the expansion and extension of subsequent optimization models.Secondly,based on the classic vehicle route optimization problem,a case design method for the intercontinental land road-rail transportation routing optimization problem is proposed.Finally,the model is verified by CPLEX simulation.(3)Location optimization model and heuristic algorithm for intercontinental road-rail multimodal transport.First,a two-echelon routing optimization model based on multimodal transport is constructed,which aims to determine the optimal multimodal transport site location,departure time,and road-rail intermodal transport routes.Secondly,an example of the problem is designed and the model is solved.Thirdly,a hybrid heuristic algorithm for solving large-scale examples is designed by using a differential evolution algorithm,a CW algorithm and a local search algorithm.Finally,based on the practical case of the Euro-China Expressway in the western region of China,an empirical calculation and analysis is performed.(4)Optimization model and solution of intercontinental road-rail multimodal transportation under uncertain conditions.First of all,the multi-city assembly and complex assembly modes of the China Railway Express to Europe are refined,and the transport capacity and time uncertainty of the train line are comprehensively considered.A route optimization model based on bus-railway multimodal transport location under uncertain conditions is constructed.Secondly,the fuzzy model is defuzzied,and a numerical example is given to solve the fuzzy chance constrained programming model.Finally,sensitivity analysis is performed on the train capacity and time parameters,and a practical reference solution is obtained.
