| The distribution characteristics of coal production and consumption in China lead to the "West-East coal transfer" and "North-South coal transfer" transportation pattern,and "Rail-Sea intermodal transport" occupies an important position and role in coal transportation.With a number of major coal wharf and railway passage project opened in recent years,the ability of rail-sea intermodal transport system is gradually improving.Thus,a scientific path selection scheme for coal transportation is conducive to rational transportation of coal,reasonable division of railway and shipping as well as healthy and sustainable development of infrastructure construction of coal transportation.Therefore,study on the optimization of coal transportation path in rail-sea intermodal transport system,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a scientific and efficient integrated transport system of coal and perfect the division and distribution of coal transportation market.Based on this background,the main research work of this paper includes:First,determine the basic pattern of coal transportation through the analysis of the situation of coal supply and demand in China recently,on this basis,discusses the organization mode and operation characteristics of Rail-Sea intermodal transport,and analysis the effect of the three factors which are the change of consumption distribution,the opening of high-speed railway,the policy of reducing coal capacity on Rail-Sea transport.Second,expound and analyze the present situation and development trend of the infrastructure layout of coal Rail-Sea transport based on coal-channel,northern transshipment port and coastal unloading port in Southeast.Then,build the optimization model for coal Rail-Sea transport based on multi-commodity flow model with melting the modeling thought of TP problem in operations research and considering the expense of each link of Rail-Sea transport fully to describe the organization mode of Rail-Sea intermodal transport in China effectively.Besides,the construction of linear programming model can also provide favorable conditions for the model solution and final decision.At last,calculate and verify the optimization model based on the topology network of Rail-Sea comprehensive transport which is constructed in the paper,and analyze the example results from four aspects which are transportation route of coal,transhipment of coal at northern eight ports,sources and flows of unloading coal at southern port,node stock change.Theoretical optimization results show that,in the future,under the circumstances of coal supply and demand declining and relatively abundant railway freight capacity,the proportion of coal transport through railway will improve,the transhipment of northern port will also be significantly reduced. |
