In the flight vibration environment of the missile,the fuze is in the "activated" state.If the control sequence of the fuze is out of order,the missile will be out of control,failing to complete the scheduled task and even injuring our personnel.In order to further realize the reliability test of fuze vibration environment,this paper designed and built a set of test system based on the virtual instrument,which is to provide technical reference for fuze control timing accuracy test under ballistic flight vibration environment,and it has an important engineering guidance value and strategy significance.In this thesis,three independent orthogonal axes are used to simulate the vibrations of fuze products in the X,Y,and Z directions under a ballistic flight environment,and a set of experimental schemes is established in which the human and experimental environment are separated.The data acquisition system is designed based on Nyquist sampling theory,and the operating system is programmed using virtual instrument technology,and a set of test system with easy operation and easy expansion is established.Firstly,the current status of fuze test technology research at home and abroad is summarized.According to the existing fuze test technology and environmental test program,a DC-5000-50 electric vibration table is used to simulate the tactical vibration environment of the fuze ballistic flight.Signal line is extended to achieve long-distance signal transmission,separating the experimenter from the test environment to ensure the reliability and safety of the test plan.Secondly,through the analysis of the signal to be tested and the test requirements,the STM32F103C8T6 main control chip was developed to simulate the generation of the fuze control timing signal,and the hardware platform solution of the hardware system acquisition and control of the USB-2881 produced by Altai was used.Use the NI LabVIEW virtual instrument development platform to design and write the host computer software,use the ODBC database development technology to manage the Access database;use ActiveX automation call technology to realize the generation and printing of reports;use the dynamic function library technology to realize the Collect the control and call of the hardware;adopt the modular idea to design a good human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the shape of the simulated product and the special fixture are designed to ensure the reliability of the simulation of the vibration environment.After the joint debugging of software and hardware and vibration environment test,the results show that the fuze control timing test system can simulate the fuze ballistic flight vibration environment well,can carry out stable data collection and analysis and result judgment work,and fully meet the specified technical indicators,And stable,reliable and safe.
