The overload signal analysis and reconstruction method for Hard Target Penetration Fuze is important in the test system of Hard Target Penetration Fuze. Based on the analysis of the test overload curves, the overload signal which is necessary for the test system of Hard Target Penetration Fuze is reconstructed. The aim is to provide a credible signal source for the testsystem of Hard Target Penetration Fuze.Through summarizing the methods of obtaining overload signal, the factors which affect the penetration overload signal are analyzed. The penetration process is researched by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. By comparing the testing overload curves with modeling curves, the calculation model using the method of parameter emendation is established and amended, and the parameters of calculation model is optimized. Here, wavelet analysis is used to analyzing frequency spectrum of the testing overload curves, and the overload signal components are analyzed and extracted. So the information took by the penetration overload signal are further definite. The signal source of the simulation and test system is reconstructed, meanwhile the signal reconstruction algorithm is researched. Then the validity and feasibility of the algorithm are confirmed through computer simulations, thus the characters of the testing overload curves are embodied again. To express the precision of reconstructed signal, a formula about reconstructed signal error is established. In the end, by LabVIEW software, the display module of the test system of Hard Target Penetration Fuze is established. Through controlling the module, the test signal, the simulation signal and the reconstructed process can be displayed.
