With the continuous development of modern science technology and economy,various measure and test instruments are required to accomplish more and more complicated jobs in measuring,monitoring and automatic manufacturing.And the demand for measure technology and test equipment is getting higher.As a result,the testing cost increases by a wide margin. Specially the military test domain obtained the widespread application in the test automation domain.A set of PXI bus test platforms in common use to the missile system test was researched in this article.Concept, structure and characteristic of Virtual Instrumentation, PXIbus system and Standard Command of Programmable Instrument were briefly introduced.Then carried on the abundant study of the missile.Based on this study,the user's needs was defined, the test parameter of every part was summarized,the encourage method and test clicking was choosed;Test system based on PXI bus was researched. The test systematic hardware that makes up the overall scheme was confirmed consider from such factors as possibility, complexity,reliability,price,etc.Reached on the selection and connection method of controller,computer,bus type,instrument module and signal modulation Selected the hardware type and integrated the test system finally.Regarded Lab VIEW as the test system software platform,designed the framework of the test software,realized the test module, analysed the application program module by back function way, write and set up detailed program and the necessity function code,designed test data procedure methode,provided the report generation concrete implementation method;The article give a research on reliability of testing system finally.lt is proved that the test system rebuild by VI is better than the original system.This article introduced the missile test system hardware composition in detail.Has studied the missile test system software design, To missile test system blasting fuse test,Responser test,Test module and so on autopilot test software has conducted the thorough research. Has carried on the discussion to the man-machine interface module design,Completed to has tested the system test contact surface the design,Enable the system to have the friendly man-machine conversation function.Software Design,Test system Enable the system to have the friendly man-machine conversation function.Introduced the test data processing method and the data bank administration realization, To tested the system the reliability has conducted the research and the design from the hardware and the software twoaspects.
