Investigation And Application Of Ground Cover Plants In Landscape Green Space Of Shaoxing

In the article,field investigations were conducted on 39 garden greenbelt plants in Shaoxing.The methods of literature review and comparative analysis were used to analyze the ground cover in this area.The quality evaluation of part of the cover plants was carried out by using analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method.Summarize and summarize the ground cover plant configuration patterns commonly used in Shaoxing urban area.Finally,according to the problems existing in ground cover application,the optimization strategy is proposed.The results show:(1)There are 214 species of ground cover plants in Shaoxing,belonging to 75 families and 143 genera.Shrub and herbaceous groundcover account for 34.58% and 55.14%,respectively.There are 127 species of flower and 94 species of leaf cover,respectively.Ground cover plants are mostly applied less frequently,with only 6 species above 60% and 170 species below 20%.The types and application forms of ground cover plants in park green Spaces are the most abundant.(2)A comprehensive evaluation was performed on 85 types of ground cover plants in Shaoxing,including 10 evaluation factors including plant quality,ornamental characteristics and applied quality,plant height,covering ability,and flower color.Finally,10 kinds of ground cover plants which can be widely applied in shaoxing urban area were screened out,such as Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Flame',Lonicera nitida ‘Maigrun',Abelia grandiflora ‘Francis Mason',and etc.(3)The configuration patterns of single,two and multiple ground cover plants commonly used in downtown Shaoxing are summarized.And according to the four seasons,the patterns of arrangement of eight kinds of land cover were recommended,namely,flower herbs type,flower shrubs type,fatterned leaves type,shade tolerant type,color leaf type,ornamental grass type,winter fruit type and green leaf type.(4)Pointing out the problems existing in the application types,plant landscape,ecological adaptability and conservation management of ground cover plants in shaoxing urban landscape,and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies:(1)develop wild and local ground cover plant resources,promote and apply excellent ground cover plant resources,and introduce new and superior ground cover appropriately;(2)pay attention to the diversity and coordination of ground cover plant configuration,create characteristic ground cover plant landscape;(3)understand the ecological habits of ground cover plants and follow the ecological principles;(4)more selection of low maintenance costs,extensive management of ground cover plants,to the maintenance of professional knowledge and technical training.
