In this paper, the purpose of the study is to investigate the plant application of Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park and compara with the Old City's classical gardens .On the basis of comparison and investigation, to provide good idea of Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park's further the green-building. Primarily I investigate the plants species within the industrial park's different types of green plants , and under the guidance of citiy Ecological, Ecological garden,Phytosociology, Landscape aestheticand the Town Planning theoretical science, etc., selecting the most suitable plants for a garden on basis of on-site research, and with the guidance of ecology, eco-gardening, the nature of plant communities, landscape-aesthetics and urban planning, to embody the style of Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park and strengthen the artistic effects. Meanwhile, the plants should not only obey the rales of natural vegetation, keep the ecological balance, improve the environment and enrich the landscape, but also unify the city spaces concerning morphology, color, context and mood of the plant material. Then comparaed with the old City classical garden's plants application.Finally I summed up the innovative characteristics and the inadequacies of Singapore Industrial Park's and the good idea can be learn for the future.Both indoor and outdoor operational methods are employed to investigate the trees, thebushes, the vines and the bamboo, which live through the winter in the open space in Suzhou.The objects of the investigation are as follows: evergreen coniferous trees, evergreenbroad-leaved trees, deciduous coniferous trees, deciduous broad-leaved trees, evergreenconiferous bushes, evergreen broad-leaved bushes, deciduous coniferous bushes, deciduousbroad-leaved bushes, deciduous vines and thirty kinds of bamboo.The outcomes of the investigation are as follows:Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park plant species used for 156 species .Suzhou Industrial Park plant species are more abundant, with 59 species of trees, 53 species of shrubs, 44 species of herbs. Arbors, shrubs and grasses ratio is 1.34 : 1.2 : 1.There are 27 species of evergreen trees, 32 species of deciduous trees; 33 species of evergreen shrubs and 20 species deciduous shrubs.The ratio of deciduous Plant and evergreen plants is 1.15 :1.According to the survey results, analysis of different green vegetation diversity and similarity can be drawn : the green of species diversity in chronological order : Central Park (0.877) > ZhongTang Park (0.875)>Maple Park (0.867) >XingTang Street, (0 .866)> camphora Park (0.814)>imports and exports process factory(0.788) > West of Modern Avenue (0.737) >Linglong Bay (0.643)>Loujiang Coast (0.575) >Neighborhood small garden (0.553)> high Pressure Line Corridor (0.274) >International Building (0.07). From the results, we can see Central Park, ZhongTong Park species diversity is the best, following by Maple Park and the Xinggang Street, high Pressure Line Corridor corridors and the International Building are the poorest. Similarity ranking : Modern Avenue and XingTang Street >Maple Park and camphora Park > Neighborhood small garden and Linglong Bay >Central Park and Zhongtang Park > imports and exports process factory and the International Building >Xinggang Street and Loujiang Coast.Visibility, Singapore Industrial Park, the diversity of plant species are better, but compared with the old city area plants use lessly, configuration style more single form, the industrial park road landscape plants species are more similar to each other.The trees that can embody the style of Singapore Suzhou park: camphora tree, osmanthus, gingkgo and weeping willow treesThe familiar trees : cedar, Sabina chinensis cv.
