With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,people's requirements for product quality and performance are constantly increasing,resulting in shorter replacement cycle of products,which requires higher and higher automation of production lines.Traditional manufacturing industry has developed from relay control technology to PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)programmable logic controller control technology.The diversification of product types and performance has put forward higher and higher requirements for production line and control strategy.In order to meet the requirements of an enterprise for automatic processing of cylinder main body in the same series,multi-cylinder diameter,multi-stroke and multi-station,this paper designs an automatic processing system of cylinder main body based on PLC and industrial computer,which realizes advanced motion and process control of production line.The paper designs the mechanism of the system according to the components and functions of the system.Through the analysis of system control requirements,the control system of automatic production line is designed.The selection of control devices,the allocation of input and output ports and external wiring are studied.Ladder diagram and touch screen program are compiled.The system debugging and field operation practice were carried out.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the system is designed based on Solidworks,and the feasibility is verified.The structure of cylinder main body automatic processing production line is composed of manipulator,feeding system,turning system and feeding system.The automatic processing control scheme of the main cylinder production line is designed by using the technologies of electrical control,sensor detection,pneumatic control and human-computer interaction.Delta DVP28SV11T2 PLC is selected as the control core,Delta DOP-B10S411 touch screen is selected for human-computer interaction,and Delta ASDA-A2 series is selected as the servo controller.The I/O distribution of PLC and the human-computer interaction program of PLC control system and touch screen are designed.Finally,the system is applied to production practice,and the operation results are analyzed.The results show that the system designed can well realize multi-cylinder diameter,multi-stroke,multi-station,efficient,reliable and intelligent automatic loading and unloading operation,achieve automatic 8-hour unattended operation,greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality of enterprises,and reduce the labor intensity and production costs.
