Sintering furnace,as the significant device of HWR manufacturing line.Responsible for completed the green-pressing sintering into pellets.Sintered pellets,volume becomes smaller,density becomes larger,hardness and strength increase.At present,Sintering post automation level is low,sintering boat stacking and loading,sintered boat unloading and unstacking job required to complete by manual.The productivity is low,quality can not be guaranteed,work intensity of the operator is great.the operator need long time and short distance contact with UO2 pellets.These are not conducive to the radiation protection for the workers.Therefore,this thesis is to design a auto loading and unloading system for sintering furnace.This auto system would greatly enhance the automation level of the production line and production efficiency.Furthermore,the level of radiation protection has been improved and decreasing the labor intensity of the operators.Firstly,the research significance and background are introduced in this paper,as well as the present development in this field at home and abroad.And introduce the sintering boat style and characteristics,the purpose and main content of this paper.Sintering furnace' auto loading and unloading system consist of supporting mechanism,code scanner,limit clamping device,three axis robot,cache loading platform,control cabinet,touch screen,etc.This issue introduces the principle and its mechanical structure design.According to the design requirements,design and select the component of all mechanical structure.Then introduced electric control system and information system.Electric control system have done every mechanical structure automation.Introduce different control model,operation interface,key input function.Information system responsible for automatic statistics of pellets batch number,style,weight,quantity,etc.Central control system issuing commands to AGV robot for transport bin to auto loading and unloading system.After the auto system finished assembly,debugging the hardware and software with varieties of debugging tools and verify the rationality of the system.The result of experiments in fieldwork shows that control algorithm is absolutely correct and control accuracy can meet the need of specified requirements.And point at discovery of the problem carry out improvement program.Mainly solved problem include 2# push cylinder of cache loading platform,the structure mode of cache unloading platform.Introduce the innovation point of the thesis,include in :?1?achieved auto loading and unloading sintering boat for sintering furnace.?2?At the cache loading platform,a lifting device is arranged between the X axis transport track changing-over to Y axis transport track.Finally,a future development prospect of the auto loading and unloading system and the pellet automatic production line.
