Research On Cost Control Of EPC Project Of Urban Environmental Renovation Based On BIM

The urban environmental construction project determines the quality of people’s living environment to a certain extent and highlights the urban appearance.In recent years,China has intensified efforts to transform the urban environment,and has put forward new requirements for traffic,construction,rainwater discharge,safety facilities,and greening in major cities.Due to the high cost of urban environmental transformation and limited funds,how to effectively control the cost of project transformation has become the current key problem.BIM technology is the physical and functional characteristics of the project.It uses digital representation to construct an information database to provide data support for project decision-making.This paper will select BIM technology as the core technology of cost control and propose a cost control research based on BIM for urban environmental transformation EPC project.First of all,based on EPC project general contracting and BIM technology theory,this paper explores the cost control scheme of BIM technology in urban environmental information management.Secondly,using BIM technology to explore the cost control plan of the design phase,procurement phase and construction phase under the EPC project contracting mode.Among them,the design phase adopts the EPC project integration idea,establishes the cost control connection in the procurement and construction phases,and forms a complete cost control system.In the procurement stage,through the qualification review,an evaluation team is established to determine the project cooperation suppliers to purchase materials in batch procurement.During the construction phase,the task is implemented to individuals,and the BIM platform is used to supervise the construction progress and construction quality.In addition,this paper incorporates the idea of dynamic cost control management,constructs a project progress measurement model based on the earned value method,and proposes a project cost control process.Finally,taking the EPC project of Tengqiao EPC construction organization as an example,the scheme was put into practical application,and the common cost control was used as the control group.The cost control application scheme of BIM technology in the EPC project was used as the experimental group,and the cost was compared through analysis.Control the effectiveness and verify the reliability of the BIM-based EPC project cost control scheme.The practical application results show that the BIM-based EPC project cost control scheme can effectively control the cost of road construction and transformation sub-engine design,procurement,and construction phases,and the cost control in the procurement phase and construction phase is the most obvious.Although the cost control scheme is applied in the rainwater drainage reform subproject,the experimental composition in the design phase and the procurement phase is relatively high,but the experimental group has a significant cost advantage in dynamic control.In addition,in the cost control of urban transportation facilities construction and transformation subprojects,the cost control in the three stages of design,procurement and construction is more obvious.
