Project cost control is a project management work. In the implementation process of the project, the company put the cost of the project that is actually happening within budget range. Project cost control is the problem faced by each company. Project cost control is directly related to the company’s interests and economic development. Construction companies actively innovation, trying the advanced management methods to effectively control the cost of enterprise project, will occupy a favorable position in the competition. Cost control is an important part of the project cost management, and plays an important role in the construction of the production process. Effective project cost control can not only reduce project costs and increase corporate profits, but also enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of society.This paper based on the theory of project cost control. Firstly, the author analyzes the status quo of Guangle project of LJT company. After the investigation and analysis of the project cost control process, cost control structure, the cost of the project cost control situation, problems were found written in the status quo. The author in the cost forecasting, cost control, organizational structure, terms of project cost control management systems, performance appraisal system and reward and punishment mechanism proposed improvement measures. LJT company will achieve the whole process, all elements of cost control.This thesis is divided into five parts altogether. This five-part studies this topic. This issue is the cost of Guangle projet of LJT company traffic safety project control issues.The first part is an introduction. This section introduces the background of research, significance, methods of research and research framework.The second part describes the project cost control theory. This section introduces the concept of project cost control, project cost control structure, procedures and methods of project cost control.The third section describes the status of the traffic safety project cost control of Guangle project in LJT company. First this section describes the current situation of Guangle traffic safety projects. Then the paper introduces the structural condition of the Organization Guangle project cost control, cost cost control processes and Guangle control of project costs.Guangle traffic safety project costs includs the cost of materials control, costs of labor control, other direct costs control and control of indirect costs.Part IV describes the problems and causes of Guangle traffic safety project cost control. Firstly, this section describes the problems of the project. Problems include pre-construction cost forecast failure, neglect schedule management and cost control, cost construction phase loopholes. Secondly, this part analysis the reasons for the cause of the problem. Reasons include the construction project cost forecasting inexperienced members, organizational structure imperfect, construction project control process imperfect, and the lack of appropriate evaluation and reward and punishment mechanism.The fifth part of the company’s project proposal is to improve cost control. First, companies can improve forecasting personnel costs. Second, the organizational structure of the company to optimize cost control. After the proposals for improving the company’s cost control process.Finally, the company established the performance appraisal system and reward and punishment mechanism to improve project cost control.
