The phenomenon of urban residential space differentiation in China is gradually derived from the reform of market economic system and the process of housing commercialization.The research on big cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou shows that the phenomenon of urban residential space differentiation has appeared on many scales.At the same time,scholars in various fields are on the macro scale.Some achievements have been made in both mesoscale and mesoscale scales,but the research on micro-scale is insufficient.In this paper,Kunming City Village renovation community as an example,to investigate the current stage of Kunming City Village renovation community residential space differentiation characteristics and dynamic mechanism.The research on the residential space differentiation of urban villages in Kunming helps to understand the development of urban residential space differentiation in China from the micro-scale.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of strategies such as urban villages transformation and old city reconstruction,so as to promote urban residential space to be healthier,harmonious,efficient and safe.Development.In this paper,through combing the research of residential space differentiation at home and abroad,using field survey and questionnaire survey to obtain data,quantitative analysis of residential space differentiation of transformed communities in urban villages of Kunming City is carried out from macro and micro levels.On macro level,monthly income and housing price are used as data bases,respectively,through separation.The degree of differentiation of residential space in urban villages in Kunming is measured by the calculation of separation index and variance analysis.At the micro level,the method of one-way ANOVA is applied to Kunming from two aspects: objective(monthly income,occupation,educational level)and subjective(community environment and service,neighborhood communication,community sense of belonging).The residential space differentiation of urban villages in Ming City was measured.The research results reveal the characteristics of residential space differentiation of urban village transformation community in Kunming: first,the phenomenon of residential space differentiation has appeared in urban village transformation community in Kunming,but the degree of differentiation is small,and the residential space differentiation is significant on the objective level;second,the degree of differentiation of urban village transformation community in different residential modes is different.It shows that the differentiation degree of urban village transformation community in mixed residence is less than that in isolated residence.Thirdly,there is no social stratum differentiation in urban village transformation community in Kunming.On the basis of quantitative analysis,combined with the differentiation characteristics of urban village transformation community,through combing the model of urban village transformation in Kunming City,it is found that the dynamic mechanism of residential space differentiation of urban village transformation community in Kunming City is the result of the coupling effect of developers,government and residents.Finally,this paper analyses the positive and negative effects of residential space differentiation,and puts forward guidance and control strategies for the residential space differentiation of urban village transformation community in Kunming,hoping to alleviate the degree of residential space differentiation of urban village transformation community.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The differentiation of residential space in urban villages in Kunming has begun to appear,but there is no obvious social stratum differentiation,and the degree of differentiation of residential space is more reasonable.2.Community of residential space differentiation reconstruction community residential space differentiation factors that influence the formation of the residents are indirect effects on urban village reconstruction community residential space differentiation factors that influence the formation of the government's influence on the urban village reconstruction community residential space differentiation degree,the largest developer times,residents of urban village reconstruction community influence the differentiation of residential space is minimized.3.The process of transforming community residential space differentiation in urban villages in Kunming is a process of multiple factors coupling and accompanying the dynamic changes of social and economic development.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the public infrastructure construction of resettlement housing areas and ensuring the long-term resettlement of residents by relocation.Developing and introducing effective means such as "big mix,small cohabitation" to seek its advantages and avoid its disadvantages.
