Research On NT Government Affairs Center Parking Project Cost Control

With the development of the country,our country began to advocate green building.Prefabricated building cast-in-site concrete instead of traditional architecture has become the inevitable trend of development of construction industry.All the traditional cast-in-situ construction due to the construction site construction,not only a waste of manpower and material resources,and environmental pollution,environmental protection,do not conform to the sustainable development of the national policy.And prefabricated building components are all completed in factory,and then transported to the construction site for installation,not only improves the production efficiency,but also to ensure the engineering quality,improve the working efficiency,also greatly improve the environment on the construction site,completely accords with the sustainable development strategy of our country.State and local governments are promoting prefabricated buildings,accelerate industrialization process.But because of prefabricated construction research starts late in our country,has not yet formed perfect system,causes the prefabricated construction cost is higher than the traditional cast-in-situ construction,hindered the development of prefabricated construction in our country.Decomposition process of the construction of prefabricated building,discusses the ways and means lower prefabricated buildings,it has important practical significance.This paper first introduces the concept of project,the concept of cost control,overview of PC construction projects,cost composition,content and method of cost control and earned value method,as the subsequent papers to carry out cost control.Then focuses on the cost control methods earned value method,this paper expounds the basic parameters of earned value method and index,earned value method parameter relationship analysis and corrective measures,the basic process of the earned value method in project cost control as well as the advantages and disadvantages of earned value method,for later the theoretical basis for the application of the earned value method.Secondly,this paper introduces the NT government affairs center parking project and the basic situation of the NT government affairs center parking project WBS decomposition,task allocation structure,work schedule,project cost plan.In the project of the NT government affairs center parking,earned value method is introduced in the project cost control.Again the NT government affairs center parking project earned value analysis,find the NT government affairs center parking project cost factors and analyzed.Finally,the NT government affairs center parking lot project cost control.In this paper,the main contribution of the embodied in:(1)Using the earned value method to analyze the government affairs center in NT,the cost of parking project situation,pay attention to according to the research of WBS decomposition results,find out the main factors that affect the cost of the project.(2)According to the main factors affecting the project cost,with NT city government affairs center parking project cost control target as guidance,put forward the effective control measures.
